| Resumen : | El presente trabajo denominado “PROPUESTA DE INVERSIÓN PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN CENTRO DE FOTODEPILACIÓN FEMENINA EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA”, es un trabajo cuyo objetivo general es realizar un estudio para determinar la factibilidad de implementar un centro de fotodepilación femenina con el fin de ofrecer un excelente servicio de fotodepilación. El primer objetivo se lo cumplió al realizar el estudio de mercado, lo que permitió conocer la demanda potencial del 94.52% demostrando que en el año uno 117.786 mujeres se realizan la técnica del depilado en alguna parte del cuerpo, la demanda real se la determinó con el 22.61% que indica el total de mujeres que utiliza la fotodepilación, cuyo resultado equivale a 26.630 para el primer año; la demanda efectiva equivale al 82.05% de mujeres que si estarían dispuestas a utilizar nuestro servicio dando un total de 21.850 para el año uno. Aplicando una entrevista directa a diferentes spa de Loja se determinó que la oferta total de servicios de fotodepilación es de 26.433 en el año uno; información que sirvió para el cálculo de la demanda insatisfecha la cual para el primer año es de 173.020 mostrando así la acogida que tendrá la nueva empresa al ofrecer este nuevo servicio en el mercado. 3 El segundo objetivo se estableció el estudio técnico el cual permitió conocer la capacidad instalada del proyecto que para el primer año será de 11.520 servicios a ofrecer, su ubicación es en la Ramón Pinto entre 10 de Agosto y Rocafuerte. El tercer objetivo se estableció el estudio legal el cual indica que el establecimiento está constituido como persona natural no obligada a llevar contabilidad se obtuvo todos los requerimientos y requisitos necesarios para poner en marcha el proyecto de inversión. El cuarto objetivo se estableció el Estudio financiero el cual nos permitió conocer el total de la inversión inicial que es de $15.431,08 con un financiamiento propio. La evaluación financiera determinó que el flujo de efectivo; VAN de $55.762,86, la tasa interna de retorno de 94.50% relación beneficio costo de 1,58 y el análisis de sensibilidad de 0,99% en los dos periodos lo que se demuestra que el proyecto es factible. Finalmente con toda la información recopilada y luego de la aplicación de todos los estudios se procede a realizar las respectivas conclusiones y en donde se enfatiza que el proyecto en mención es viable debido a que los indicadores de la evaluación financiera indican que el proyecto no es sensible a los cambios que se puedan dar en el entorno, por lo tanto el proyecto es factible. |
| Descripción : | This paper called "INVESTMENT PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A FEMALE IN CENTER PHOTODEPILATION Loja", is a work whose overall objective is to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of implementing a center of female hair removal in order to provide photodepilation excellent service. The first objective is fulfilled when performing the market study, which allowed meet the potential demand of 94.52% showing that in year 117 786 women shaved technique performed in any part of the body, the actual demand is determined by 22.61% indicating the total number of women using hair removal, the result amounts to 26,630 for the first year; effective demand equivalent to 82.05% of women if they would be willing to use our service for a total of 21,850 for year one. The second objective of the technical study which yielded information on the installed capacity of the project for the first year will be 11,520 services to offer, its location is in the Ramón Pinto between August 10 and Rocafuerte was established. 5 The third objective of the legal study which indicates that the establishment is constituted as an individual not required to bring all requirements and accounting requirements was obtained to implement the investment project was established. The fourth objective financial study which allowed us to know the total initial investment is $ 15,431.08 with an own financing was established. The financial evaluation determined that cash flow; They range from $ 55,762.86, the internal rate of return of 94.50% cost benefit ratio of 1.58 and sensitivity analysis of 0.99% in both periods which proves that the project is feasible. Finally all the information gathered and after the application of all studies information proceeds to perform the respective conclusions and where it is emphasized that the project in question is viable because the indicators of financial evaluation indicate that the project is not sensitive to changes that may occur in the environment, so the project is feasible. |
