| Resumen : | La lactancia materna es la forma ideal de aportar a los niños/as los nutrientes necesarios para un buen crecimiento y desarrollo saludable. Sin embargo en este proceso biológico persiste el destete precoz en los lactantes, siendo el destete un tema muy particular entre la madre y su hijo, que por distintas circunstancias uno de los dos decide abandonar el amamantamiento; esta decisión debería ser analizada teniendo en cuenta la edad del infante y las normas de salud a fin de que no se altere el crecimiento y desarrollo del niño. El presente trabajo investigativo titulado: “Impacto del nivel de conocimientos teórico-prácticos sobre la lactancia materna en el destete precoz de mujeres primíparas atendidas en el centro de salud Nº3 de Loja”, tuvo como objetivos determinar los conocimientos teórico-prácticos de la lactancia materna y las principales causas del destete precoz. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos la encuesta, tras aplicación de la misma se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: Los conocimientos teóricos -prácticos de la lactancia materna, importancia, beneficios y las técnicas de amamantamiento son desconocidos en un 74.0%, las madres desconocen que este fluido biológico aporta a sus hijos los nutrimentos necesarios para su crecimiento y desarrollo saludable. Además el periodo de destete fue en la edad de 6 a 24 meses del niño con el 82.70% y la forma de deteste por iniciativa de la madre 94.67%. Además las principales causas de destete que se encontraron en el estudio fueron con mayor porcentaje fueron: trabaja, no tiene tiempo 23.33% y falta de tiempo 26.0% por parte de la madre asociado al destete precoz de la lactancia materna. | Descripción : | The maternal nursing is the ideal form of contributing to the children the necessary nutrients for a good growth and healthy development. However in this biological process the precocious weaning persists in the nurslings, being the weaning a very particular topic among the mother and its son that for different circumstances one of both decides to abandon the breastfeeding; this decision should be analyzed keeping in mind the infant's age and the norms of health so that he/she doesn't lose temper the growth and the boy's development. The present titled investigative work: "I impact of the level of theoretical-practical knowledge on the maternal nursing in the precocious weaning of women primiparous assisted in the center of health Nº3 of Loja", he/she had as objectives to determine the theoretical-practical knowledge of the maternal nursing and the main causes of the precocious weaning. It was used like instrument of gathering of data the survey, after application of the same one was obtained the following results: The theoretical knowledge - practical of the maternal nursing, importance, benefits and the breastfeeding techniques are ignored in 74.0%, the mothers ignore that this biological fluid contributes their children the necessary nutriments for its growth and healthy development. The period of weaning was also in the age from 6 to the boy's 24 months with 82.70% and the form of he/she hates for the mother's 94.67% initiative. Also the main weaning causes that they were in the study they were with more percentage they were: he/she works, he/she doesn't have time 23.33% and lack of time 26.0% on the part of the mother associated to the precocious weaning of the maternal nursing Key words: Maternal nursing, wean precocious, women primiparous. |
