| dc.description | The present investigation has as main objective to contribute the invigoration of the PATTERN OF INTEGRAL ATTENTION OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY HEALTH AND INTERCULTURAL in the University Hospital of Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Teams of Integral Attention of Health) to formulate local proposals of health, tendientes to improve the quality of life of the community of Masaca Alto and Bajo Sector II. The universe was constituted by 30 families and 112 inhabitants, the present investigation is of descriptive type, in which facts and characteristic related with the population and its environment are detailed, the instrument for the gathering of information was the family record elaborated by the MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form allowed to complete the information, it was also analyzed the data, obtaining results that they will serve as base line. Among the most outstanding data we highlight; that there is equality as for the sex, the level of more excellent education is the Basic one, he/she was 3 Illiterates of which some are family bosses, it was identified some children with nutrition problems, as soon as school and adolescents great part of them this with good nutritional state and most studies, in what concerns women with active sexual life, the method of the rhythm is the more used for the family planning. As for the epidemic profile we highlight that the Hypertension is the chronic pathology that more prevails affecting to ages understood among the 20 and 64 years and that that it concerns to discapacidad it exists so much physical as intellectual. The investigation is supported with bibliography and annexes that it contemplates the development of the same one. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud - EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida del Barrio Masaca Alto y Bajo Sector II. El universo estuvo constituido por 30 familias y 112 habitantes, la presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, en el cual se detallan hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP y un anexo a esta ficha, el formulario de entrevista permitió completar la información, además se analizó los datos, obteniendo resultados que servirán como línea de base. Entre los datos más relevantes destacamos; que el sexo prevalente es el femenino con el 51,79%, el nivel de educación que sobresale es el básico con el 74.11%, se encontró 3 Analfabetos siendo el jefe de familia, se identificó esquemas de inmunización completos en los niños menores de 5 años, en cuanto escolares y adolescentes gran parte de ellos 90% están con buen estado nutricional y estudian el 83.33%, en lo que respecta a mujeres con vida sexual activa, el método del ritmo es el más utilizado para la planificación familiar. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico destacamos que la hipertensión arterial es la patología crónica que prevalece con el 10.71%, seguida de las enfermedades degenerativas como el cáncer de mama que corresponde a un 0.89% al igual que las enfermedades de impacto como el herpes Zoster que representa un 0.89% respectivamente afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 64 años.
