Resumen : La Provincia de Loja ubicada al sur del Ecuador en la región sierra, está conformada por 16 cantones Loja como capital, Calvas, Catamayo, Celica, Chaguarpamba, Gonzanamá, Macará, Olmedo, Paltas, Pindal, Puyango, Quilanga, Saraguro, Sozoranga, Zapotillo y Espíndola. Este último se encuentra ubicado al sur oriente de la Provincia de Loja constituyendo frontera con la vecina República del Perú, encontrándose además a 166 kilómetros de la ciudad de Loja por la carretera asfaltada Loja-Quilanga y lastradas hacia Amaluza y la carretera lastrada Cariamanga-Amaluza (cabecera Cantonal), a una altura promedio 1720 m.s.n.m. Tiene una superficie de 632 km2, cuenta con atractivos naturales y culturales de importancia para la provincia de la cual forma parte. La propuesta de la tesis de la senderización y señalética turística del sistema lacustre denominado “Lagunas negras” de la parroquia Jimbura de cantón Espíndola” nace de la necesidad de adecuar este atractivo para realizar su visitación ya que actualmente no se ha realizado ninguna propuesta de analizar el límite de capacidad de carga, evaluar los impactos ambientales de los visitantes ni las facilidades de señalización siendo este atractivo de importancia en la rutas turísticas de la provincia de Loja. Mediante salidas de capo se identificó la falta de senderización y señalética del atractivo turístico sistema lacustre lagunas negras encontrando un problema visible para dar solución a lo antes expuesto se propuso los siguientes objetivos: Caracterizar la situación actual del sistema lacustre denominado “Lagunas Negras”, elaborar la propuesta de senderización para el sistema lacustre, establecer la señalética turística en los senderos y atractivos de la zona, Identificar los posibles impactos ambientales significativos que pueden producirse en todas las fases del proyecto. Para cumplir con este propósito se utilizó el método científico como método base para obtener información de fuentes primarias y secundarias. El método inductivo y deductivo ayudo a ir de los hechos generales para entender los componentes particulares de los atractivos turísticos y de lo particular a lo general al analizar la realidad turística del sector. El método analítico y sintético permitió realizar una análisis del sistema lacustre y con esto obtener una idea clara de la información obtenida y entender las causas y efectos e ir de los principios a las conclusiones. Entre las técnicas utilizadas esta ficha de caracterización turística de Carla Ricaute, que permitió escoger y ordenar la información de la realidad turística de las lagunas negras de la parroquia Jimbura, se realizó 3 un análisis FODA en donde se identificaron las principales fortaleza, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas y con esto realizar una matriz de ponderación MEFI y MEFE con la metodología del Ministerio de Turismo se levantó las fichas de inventario de atractivos turísticos del sistema lacustre, de igual forma se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista para obtener información de la realidad del atractivo turístico de las lagunas negras. El Manual de señalización turística del Ecuador ayudo a realizar el levantamiento planímetro de los senderos identificados y ubicarlos en el respectivo mapa y de esta manera realizar el diseño de la señalética, se caculo de límite aceptable de la capacidad de carga en el sendero que va las lagunas negras para con esto evitar posibles impactos negativos y finalmente la matriz de Leopold para poder proveer posibles impactos negativos. Entre los resultados más importantes podemos destacar que la parroquia Jimbura está conformada por los barrios: Sanambay; Machay Bajo; Machay Alto; Morropongo; Centro Poblado de Jimbura; Charama; Limón Ciruelo; Taylín; El Carrizo; Guarinjas; Jerusalén; Jorupe; Santa Ana; El Salado y El Yeso teniendo que 34 % de la parroquia de Jimbura está declarado como Parque Nacional, esta zona constituye la principal zona de recarga de agua, presenta hermosas lagunas y es mega-diverso en cuanto a flora y fauna, mismas que contribuyen para la subsistencia de los habitantes de la parroquia. El sistema lacustre está integrado por la laguna negra, lagunas de los patos, laguna bermeja y laguna natosa, el sistema lacustre de las lagunas de Jimbura tiene una Jerarquía I, según la metodología de jerarquización de atractivos turísticos del Ministerio de Turismo debido a que aún no se cuenta con todos los servicios básicos para poder efectuar la operación turística, El límite máximo de la capacidad de carga es de 8 visitantes al día y 2.920 anual en el sistema lacustre de las lagunas de Jimbura, tomando en consideración el horario de visita de 8 horas al diarias y la fragilidad del ecosistema de páramo. Sobre los impactos ambientales del proyecto al analizar a través de la metodología de Leopold se identificó, que los impactos negativos al entorno natural no son significativos. Dentro de las principales conclusiones se consideró que una de las principales debilidades es que no existe señalización al sistema lacustre de las lagunas de Jimbura y solo hay algunos proyectos que no se han ejecutado hasta la actualidad y que en su análisis ponderativo existe un potencial turístico muy elevado en el complejo lacustre de las lagunas de Jimbura que es apto para poder desarrollar proyecto de ecoturismo y turismo comunitario. Las recomendaciones más importantes son al presidente del G.A.D. parroquial para que realice gestión destinada para impulsar proyectos de ecoturismo y turismo comunitario en la parroquia Jimbura y a las operadoras de turismo de la Región Sur del Ecuador para que realicen paquetes turísticos que incluyan a las lagunas de Jimbura dentro de las rutas turísticas.

On the environmental impacts of the project to analyze through Leopold methodology was identified, that the negative impacts to the natural environment are not significant. Among the main findings was considered a major weakness is that there is signaling to the lacustrine system gaps Jimbura and there are only a few projects have not been implemented until now and that exists in your ponderativo analysis tourism potential very high in the lakeside resort gaps Jimbura that is suitable to develop ecotourism project and community tourism. The most important recommendations are the chairman of the parish GAD to conduct management projects intended to promote ecotourism and community tourism in Jimbura and tour operators in the Southern Region of Ecuador to conduct parish tour packages that include gaps Jimbura within tourist routes.
