| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud – EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida de la Ciudadela del Chofer La Banda Sector III. El universo estuvo constituido por 184 familias y 680 habitantes, la presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, en el cual se detallan hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP y un anexo a esta ficha, el formulario de entrevista permitió completar la información, además se analizó los datos, obteniendo resultados que servirán como línea de base. Entre los datos más relevantes destacamos que el sexo más prevalente es el femenino, el nivel de educación más sobresaliente es el estudio superior y bachillerato además se encontró 3 analfabetos de los cuales ninguno es jefe de familia, se identificó 4 niños con desnutrición leve, en cuanto a escolares y adolescentes gran parte de ellos está con buen estado nutricional y la mayoría estudia, en lo que respecta a mujeres con vida sexual activa, el método del ritmo es el más utilizado para la planificación familiar. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico destacamos que la Hipertensión es la patología crónica que más prevalece afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 64 años, entre las enfermedades degenerativas encontramos el cáncer tiroideo y lo que respecta a discapacidades la más sobresaliente es la discapacidad física. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. Palabras Clave: Diagnóstico comunitario, Modelo de Atención Integral de Salud. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation has as main objective to Contribute the invigoration of the MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL in the Hospital Universitario de Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) to formulate local proposals of health, spread to improve the quality of life of the Ciudadela del Chofer La Banda Sector III. The universe was constituted by 184 families and 680 inhabitants, the present investigation is of descriptive type, in which facts and characteristic related with the population and its environment are detailed, the instrument for the gathering of information was the family record elaborated by MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form allowed to complete the information, it was also analyzed the data, obtaining results that they will serve as base line. Among the most relevant data include the most prevalent is the female sex, educational level outstanding is the top study and high school, also we found 3 illiterates, of which none is head of household, was identified 4 children with mild malnutrition, regarding school children and adolescents much of have good nutritional status and studies in regard to women with sexually active, the rhythm method is most often used for family planning. As for the epidemiological profile we highlight that the Hypertension is the chronic pathology that more prevails affecting to ages understood between the 20 and 64 years, among the degenerative illnesses we find the thyroid cancer, and what concerns to disabilities the most protruding is the physical disability.
