| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud - EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad de La Banda Bajo Sector III y IV. El universo estuvo constituido por 59 familias y 230 habitantes, la presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, en el cual se detallan hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP y un anexo a esta ficha, el formulario de entrevista permitió completar la información, además se analizó los datos, obteniendo resultados que servirán como línea de base. Entre los datos más relevantes destacamos; que el sexo más prevalente es el masculino, el nivel de educación más sobresaliente es el Básico, no se encontró Analfabetos, no se identificaron casos con esquema de inmunización incompleto, en cuanto a escolares y adolescentes gran parte de ellos esta con buen estado nutricional y la mayoría estudia, en lo que respecta a mujeres con vida sexual activa, el método del ritmo es el más utilizado para la planificación familiar. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico destacamos que la Hipertensión es la patología crónica que más prevalece afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 64 años, no se encontró casos de enfermedades degenerativas ni algún tipo de discapacidad. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. Palabras Claves: Diagnóstico comunitario de salud, modelo de atención integral de salud. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation has as main objective to Contribute the invigoration of the PATTERN OF INTEGRAL ATTENTION OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY HEALTH AND INTERCULTURAL in the University Hospital of Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Teams of Integral Attention of Health) to formulate local proposals of health, spread to improve the quality of life of the community of La Banda Bajo Sector III y IV. The universe was constituted by 59 families and 230 inhabitants, the present investigation is of descriptive type, in which facts and characteristic related with the population and its environment are detailed, the instrument for the gathering of information was the family record elaborated by MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form allowed to complete the information, it was also analyzed the data, obtaining results that they will serve as base line. Among the most outstanding data we highlight; that the sex more prevalent is the feminine one, the level of more excellent education it is the Basic one, he/she was 8 Illiterates of which some are heads of household, as soon as school and adolescents great part of them this with nutritional good state and most studies, in what concerns women with sexual active life, the method of the rhythm is the more used for the family planning. As for the epidemic profile we highlight that the Hypertension is the chronic pathology that more prevails affecting to ages understood between the 20 and 64 years, among the degenerative illnesses, and what concerns to discapacities the most excellent is the intellectual discapacity.
