| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud - EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad de “La Banda Alto Sector VI”. El universo estuvo constituido por 47 familias y 186 habitantes, la presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, en el cual se detallan hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP y un anexo a esta ficha, el formulario de entrevista permitió completar la información, además se analizó los datos, obteniendo resultados que servirán como línea de base. Entre los datos más relevantes destacamos; que el sexo prevalente es el sexo femenino, el nivel de educación que sobresale es el Básico, se encontró 4 Analfabetos de los cuales 2 son jefes de familia, se identificó que los niños menores de 5 años, tiene un esquema de vacunación completo y un buen estado nutricional, en cuanto a escolares y adolescentes todos cuentan con un buen estado nutricional y se encuentran en un establecimiento educativo. En el perfil epidemiológico destacamos que la Hipertensión es la patología crónica que prevalece afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 64 años, en lo que respecta a discapacidades sobresale la discapacidad intelectual. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. | Descripción : | The present investigation has as main objective to contribute the invigoration of the PATTERN OF INTEGRAL ATTENTION OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY HEALTH AND INTERCULTURAL in the University Hospital of Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Teams of Integral Attention of Health) to formulate local proposals of health, tendientes to improve the quality of life of the community of "The Band High Sector VI." The universe was constituted by 47 families and 186 inhabitants, the present investigation is of descriptive type, in which facts and characteristic related with the population and its environment are detailed, the instrument for the gathering of information was the family record elaborated by the MSP and an annex to this record, the interview form allowed to complete the information, it was also analyzed the data, obtaining results that they will serve as base line. Among the most outstanding data we highlight; that the sex prevalente is the feminine sex, the education level that stands out it is the Basic one, he/she was 4 Illiterates of which 2 are family bosses, it was identified that the children smaller than 5 years, he/she has a complete vaccination outline and a good nutritional state, as for school and adolescents all have a good nutritional state and they are in an educational establishment. In the epidemic profile we highlight that the Hypertension is the chronic pathology that prevails affecting to ages understood between the 20 and 64 years, in what concerns to discapacidades the intellectual discapacidad it stands out. The investigation is supported with bibliography and annexes that it contemplates the development of the same one.
