| dc.description | This paper titled “IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN STOCK TRADE NEWS “SCARLETT” CANTON Yantzaza, PERIOD: SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER / 2014” is structured as regulated by the National University of Loja; whose primary objective is to provide an accounting tool for the good performance of comercial activities in which the company is involved. With the development of the accounting process, the objectives were met based on the information provided to us by the owner of the store, the plan and manual accounts are formulated according to comercial operations performed, to continue the preparation of accounting records from an initial inventory, continuing with the accompanying purchasing, sales and Kárdex cards that allow better control of the movement of godos through the system has permanent account and other records to reflect the Financial Statements such as: Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and Cash Flow Statement. Upon completion of the thesis emphasis is that: the implementa n accounting system in the company under study served to obtain reliable and accurate information to help visualize the shortcomings that have the warehouse and strengths in which you can invest resources and innovate to increase its usefulness; this is made posible with the correct and proper use of this proposal; so it is recommended that the owner of the warehouse News “Scarlett” continue with this accounting process. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “IMPLANTACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN EL ALMACEN NOVEDADES “SCARLETT” DEL CANTÓN YANTZAZA, PERIODO: SEPTIEMBRE – DICIEMBRE/2014”, se ha estructurado según lo reglamentado por la Universidad Nacional de Loja; cuyo objetivo primordial es servir de herramienta contable para el buen desempeño de las actividades comerciales a las que se dedica la empresa. Con el desarrollo del proceso contable, se cumplieron los objetivos planteados en base a la información que nos facilitó el propietario del almacén, se formuló un plan y manual de cuentas acorde a las operaciones comerciales realizadas, para continuar con la elaboración de registros contables desde un inventario inicial, continuando con los anexos de compras, ventas y tarjetas kárdex que permitieron un mejor control del movimiento de la cuenta mercadería por el sistema de cuenta permanente y demás documentos contables hasta reflejar los Estados Financieros como: Estado de Resultados, Estado de Situación Financiera y Estado de Flujo de Efectivo. Al culminar el trabajo de tesis se hace hincapié que: el implantar un sistema contable en la empresa objeto de estudio sirvió para obtener información confiable y veraz ayudando a visualizar las falencias que tiene el almacén y las fortalezas en las que puede invertir recursos e innovar para incrementar su utilidad; esto se hace posible con el correcto y buen uso de esta propuesta; por lo que se recomienda al propietario del Almacén Novedades “Scarlett” continuar con este proceso contable. | es_ES |
