| Resumen : | La tesis titulada: “El crédito de desarrollo humano asociativo en la economía social y solidaria del cantón Paltas provincia de Loja, año 2015”, tiene como objetivo general, realizar un análisis del crédito de desarrollo humano asociativo (CDHA) en el cantón Paltas provincia de Loja, mediante un estudio descriptivo; con el propósito de determinar su incidencia en las asociaciones beneficiarias, dentro del marco de la economía social y solidaria (ESS). Los elementos de análisis son: la teoría de la ESS, asociatividad, microcrédito y crédito de desarrollo humano (CDH), y la investigación directa a los beneficiarios, para lo cual se utilizó los métodos: inductivo, deductivo, analítico y sintético. La población objeto de estudio estuvo representada por las 30 personas que han accedido al programa en el cantón. Entre las principales conclusiones se destaca, que las instituciones encargadas del CDHA no han realizado acciones encaminadas a cumplir con los objetivos de ampliar el mercado de las micro y pequeñas empresas y generar emprendimientos asociativos, no obstante, de forma individual se ha propiciado la inclusión económica y social de personas que antes eran excluidas, no solo del acceso al crédito sino también del sector productivo y comercial. | Descripción : | The present thesis: “The human development credit associative in the social and solidarity economy of canton Paltas province of Loja, 2015”, have general objective, realize an analysis of human development credit associative (HDCA) in the Paltas canton province of Loja, through a descriptive study: for the purpose of determining its impact on beneficiary associations within the framework of social and solidarity economy (SSE). The elements of analysis are: the theory of SSE, associativity, microcredit and human development credit (HDC), and direct research to beneficiaries, for the which used methods: inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic. The study population was represented by the 30 people that have consented to the program in the canton. Among the main conclusions highlighted that the institutions charged of the HDCA have not realized actions designed to comply with the objectives of expanding the market for micro and small enterprises made, and generate associative undertakings, however, individually it has favored the inclusion economic and social of people who were above excluded not only from access to credit but also the productive and commercial sector.
