| Resumen : | La investigación se realizó en el Sector Costa Azul perteneciente a la parroquia Puerto Napo, Cantón Tena, este un sector agrícola por excelencia con productos como el cacao, maíz, yuca, etc. A pesar de las condiciones favorables de su entorno natural biodiverso con características de bosque húmedo tropical, el sector de Costa Azul existe poco interés y desconocimiento de sus habitantes y las autoridades locales por gestionar y hacer uso racional de estos recursos. Este trabajo investigativo propone: “Plan De Negocios, mediante el Estudio de Mercado, para proponer la Creación del Área De Camping Agroturística “Cacao Wasi” en El Sector Costa Azul del Cantón Tena”. El mismo cumplió con tres objetivos: el primero correspondiente a determinar el diagnóstico situacional del área de estudio. Mediante la aplicación de 167 encuestas; el segundo objetivo fue elaborar el plan de negocios mediante los aspectos propuesto por (Corporación Financiera Nacional , 2012); el tercer objetivo fue determinar el espacio físico del Área de Camping Agroturística “Cacao Wasi”, diseñándose tres áreas. La investigación fue de tipo explorativa, explicativa, bibliográfica y de campo; los instrumentos de investigación empleados fueron la entrevista y la encuesta. Entre los principales resultados se determinó la factibilidad del proyecto con un TIR de 37%, un VAN de 74.159,95 USD y un Costo beneficio de 1,80 USD por cada dólar invertido. El tiempo de recuperación de lo invertido es de 2 años. |
| Descripción : | This reseach was done in costa azul comunity, in Puerto Napo Parish in Tena. This is an agricultural place with several products such as: cocoa, corn, yucca, etc. Instead of the favorable conditions of the natural biodiverse environment with the characteristic of humid and tropical forest. In this sector there is little interes and disregard of its inhabitants and local authorities in order to manage and make the razonable use of these resources. This research put forward a”bussiness plan through the studies of the marketing, to propose the creation of the farm-touristic field named “Cacao Wasi” in the sector of Costa Azul in tena”. This project has been accommplishment with three objectives first, it was held to determine the local disgnose of the area of study, throug the applying of 167 surveys . Second, it was to elaborate the bussiness plan with the aspects which have been proposed by the national financial corporation, 2012. Third, it was to determine the physical space of the far-touristic field area “Cacao Wasi”, three areas were designed. The research was a kind of explorative, explanatory, bibliografica and from field; the tools which were used to carry on this investigation were the interview and the survey. Among the principal results it was determined the project feasibility with a tir of 37%, a van of 74.159,95 USD and one benefit cost of about 1,80 USD by each dolar invested . |
