| dc.description | The present investigation work tries about the improvement of 3 processes in the Municipality of Loja using like reference mark the System of Management of Quality ISO 9001, using the methodology SIPOC (SUPPLIERS, INPUTS, PROCESS, OUTPUTS, and CUSTOMERS) to carry out the rising of the information and the diagrams of flow; allowing to apply the cycle of continuous improvement PHVA (To plan, to Make, to Verify, to Act) that is inside the normative one, as well as the use of the guidelines of quality given by ISO 9004 included in the proposal womb for the improvement; and concluding with the automation of one of them in the system BPM Bonitasoft. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la mejora de 3 procesos en el Municipio de Loja usando como marco de referencia el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001, utilizando la metodología SIPOC (SUPPLIERS, INPUTS, PROCESS, OUTPUTS, CUSTOMERS) para realizar el levantamiento de la información y los diagramas de flujo; permitiendo aplicar el ciclo de mejora continua PHVA (Planificar, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar) que se encuentra dentro de la normativa, así como también el uso de las directrices de calidad dadas por la ISO 9004 incluidas en la matriz de propuesta para la mejora; y finalizando con la automatización de uno de ellos en el sistema BPM Bonitasoft.
