| dc.description | This research work began in February, 2014, and it has as scenario the Urdaneta parish in the canton of Saraguro, Province of Loja. Taking as base the existing information and with the obtainment of new information was proposed a plan to be carried out in the parish´s land using the tools from the SIG (Geographic information System). Firstly, ground and thematic information of the parish was recollected with the purpose of making an integral diagnose that served as reference in order to begin with the generation of the plan of use of land. Furthermore, the variables analyzed were: the geomorphology, slopes, geology, temperature, precipitation, hydrography, vegetal cover and road network); simultaneously, it was made an agro-productive diagnose. In the second stage, the development of a plan for the use of land was done through the following methodology: at the beginning was evaluated the actual use of the land with the analysis of the vegetal cover through field trips in order to determine the changes anthropic that generate over the surface.; after, the same methodology was employed in a preliminary zone in foundation to the potentiality of the land; that means with slopes and deep of the land to intersect such zoning with the actual use of the land and obtain the problems of using it. The next stage, the accessibility to population centers and productive areas of the parish was analyzed to intersect this variable with the actual problems, use and special management areas, and finally, to obtain the map of the plan of the use of the land. Finally, with this research in this area was possible to obtain the following results eight categories of the use of the land were found: 1. agricultural development, 2. agrosilvopastoral development, 3. potential development for forest production, 4. Development of forest protection with native species, 5. Ecological restoration, 6. protection and conservation, 7. Development of ecotourism, and 8. Urban Development and Expansion. With the basis at the Geographic Information System (SIG), and with the classification of these categories were formulated five projects immersed to the proposal of improving agricultural production. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo iniciado en el mes de febrero del 2014, tiene como escenario la parroquia Urdaneta, situada en el cantón Saraguro, Provincia de Loja. Tomando como base información secundaria existente, y a través de la generación de nueva información se propuso un plan de uso del suelo de la parroquia utilizando todas las herramientas de los SIG (Sistemas de Información Geográfico). Primeramente se recolectó información base y temática de la parroquia, con la finalidad de realizar un diagnóstico integral, el cual sirvió como referencia para iniciar con la generación del plan de usos del suelo, las variables analizadas fueron: la geomorfología, pendientes, geología, temperatura, precipitación, hidrografía, cobertura vegetal y red vial); al mismo tiempo se realizó un diagnóstico Agroproductivo. En la segunda fase se procedió a la elaboración del plan de uso del suelo, mediante el siguiente proceso metodológico: inicialmente se evaluó el uso actual del suelo, mediante el análisis de la cobertura vegetal a través de salidas de campo y determinando los cambios antrópicos generados sobre la superficie; posteriormente se procedió con una zonificación preliminar en base a la potencialidad del suelo; es decir, pendientes y profundidad del suelo, para intersectar dicha zonificación con el uso actual del suelo y obtener los conflictos de uso. Posteriormente se analizó la accesibilidad a los centros poblados y zonas productivas de la parroquia, para intersectar esta variable con la de conflictos, uso actual y áreas de manejo especial, y finalmente obtener el mapa del plan de uso del suelo. De esta zonificación resultante se obtuvieron ocho categorías de uso del suelo: 1. Desarrollo agrícola, 2. Desarrollo agrosilvopastoril, 3. Desarrollo potencial para producción forestal, 4. Desarrollo de protección forestal con especies nativas, 5. Restauración ecológica, 6. Protección y conservación, 7. Desarrollo de turismo ecológico, 8. Desarrollo urbano y expansión. En base al Sistema de Información Geográfico (SIG), y con la clasificación de estas categorías se formularon cinco proyectos inmersos en la propuesta de mejoramiento de la producción agropecuaria. | es_ES |
