dc.description	The research aims to determine the degree of knowledge and acceptance of voluntary affiliation to social security by housewives in the canton Loja, to do a diagnosis of the current knowledge possessed by the beneficiaries of the initiative implemented is by the Ecuadorian Institute of social Security, as is the supply of personal, social and economic benefits, in addition to the legal requirements and gain; also ranges to calculate the amount of contribution, as well as contingencies not covered. All this thanks to information obtained from the perception of officials of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security, literature review and the opinion of the housewives of Canton Loja (beneficiaries of the initiative). In analyzing the qualitative and quantitative information collected, it is determined that the lack of promotional campaigns by the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security in terms of the services offered by it, as well as economic and legal benefits, coverage, important data, etc. it brings the initiative of voluntary social security of housewives affiliation; It has generated insecurity beneficiary of this initiative, since not possess adequate information (47.46%), the acceptance of it will be challenged in a 86.58%.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La investigación tiene como propósito determinar el grado de conocimiento y aceptación de la afiliación voluntaria a la seguridad social por parte de las amas de casa en el cantón Loja, para ello se realiza un diagnóstico del conocimiento actual que poseen las beneficiarias de la iniciativa implementada por el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, como es la oferta de los beneficios personales, sociales y económicos que se obtendrán, además de los requisitos y legalidad; además los rangos para calcular el monto de aportación, así como también las contingencias que no cubre. Todo esto gracias a información obtenida de la percepción de los funcionarios del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, revisión de bibliografía y la opinión de las amas de casa del cantón Loja (beneficiarias de la iniciativa). Al analizar la información cualitativa y cuantitativa recopilada, se determina que la falta de campañas de promoción por parte del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social en cuanto a los servicios ofertados por el mismo, así como también los beneficios económicos y legales, cobertura, datos importantes, etc. que trae consigo la iniciativa de afiliación voluntaria a la seguridad social de las amas de casa; ha generado inseguridad en las beneficiarias de tal iniciativa, ya que al no poseer la información adecuada (47,46%), la aceptación de la misma se verá cuestionada en un 86,58%.	es_ES
