| dc.description | The present research is oriented to make a proposal of environmental public policy for Autonomous Decentralized Provincial Government of Loja, specifically addressed to counter the acoustic pollution in coordination with the other public entities in environmental matters. There are two studies that determine the environmental pollution and this the acoustic pollution in the Loja, these studies provide us the necessary information to begin the collection data both qualitative and quantitative, where we define the causes and consequences that the acoustic pollution produces in the urban Area of de Loja Canton. The Public and policy proposal is working in according to with the laws dispose in Ecuador, starting from the Magna Carta, that helps to achieve the seventh objective of the National Plan of the Good Living, and specific way the functions that determine the COOTAD for GAD's, agencies that are responsible to maintaining an environment optimum. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se orienta a realizar una propuesta de política pública ambiental para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Loja, direccionada a contrarrestar específicamente la contaminación acústica en coordinación con las demás entidades públicas en materia ambiental. Existen dos estudios que determinan la contaminación ambiental y por ende la contaminación acústica en la ciudad de Loja, aquellos estudios nos brindan la información necesaria para empezar con la recolección de datos tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo, donde definimos las causas y consecuencias que la contaminación acústica produce en la zona urbana del cantón Loja. La propuesta de política pública se trabaja de conformidad a lo que disponen las leyes del Ecuador, partiendo desde la Carta Magna, que permite cumplir el objetivo siete del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir, y de forma específica las funciones que determina el COOTAD para los GAD´s, organismos que son encargados de mantener un medio ambiente óptimo. | es_ES |
