| Resumen : | La“IMPLANTACION DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE EN EL NEGOCIO DEL SR. DELGADO ORTEGA VICTOR PATRICIO, PERIODO: JUNIO-AGOSTO DEL 2014”, se realizó con la finalidad de implantar un proceso contable para la toma de decisiones las mismas que contaran con el sustento de los Estados Financieros, además el presente trabajo se estructura de acuerdo a las exigencias y reglamentos de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, para la obtención del título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Como primer paso se cumplió con la recopilación de los documentos sustentatorios los cuales ayudaron en la organización de la información, de acuerdo a las necesidades del almacén se creó el plan de cuentas, manual de cuentas, y en base a ello se obtuvo el inventario inicial, contando, pesando y midiendo además se consideró los bienes derechos y obligaciones, seguidamente se elaboró el estado de situación inicial, los auxiliares tanto de compra como de venta, los cuales sirvieron para el registro cronológico en el Libro diario; Libro Mayor; aunque no es obligatorio dentro del proceso contable se elaboró la Hoja de Trabajo luego se ejecutó los Estados Financieros, la ejecución del proceso contable se desarrolló de acuerdo a las disposiciones de las Normas Internacionales y Ecuatorianas de Contabilidad, Principios de Contabilidad Generalmente Aceptados. Con los resultados obtenidos luego de haber culminado con el proceso contable se determina que el sistema contable es una herramienta óptima, eficiente y eficaz al momento de la toma de decisiones, de inversión de costos o de gastos |
| Descripción : | The "IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN THE BUSINESS OF MR. DELGADO ORTEGA VICTOR PATRICIO PERIOD: JUNE-AUGUST 2014 ", it was held in order to implement an accounting process for decision-making the same that will have the support of the financial statements, besides the present work is structured according to the requirements and regulations of the National University of Loja, to obtain the title of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing. The first step was accomplished by collecting supporting documents which helped to organize the information according to the needs of the store the chart of accounts, user accounts are created, and on this basis the initial inventory was obtained counting, weighing and measuring the rights and obligations also considered real, then to the initial situation was drawn, auxiliary both buying and selling, which were used for logging in the journal; Ledger; although it is not mandatory under the accounting process Worksheet then ran the financial statements are prepared, the implementation of the accounting process was developed in accordance with the provisions of International Accounting Standards and Ecuadorian, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. With the results obtained after the accounting process culminated determined that the accounting system is an optimal, efficient and effective tool when making decisions, investment costs or expenses |
