Título : Desarrollo de una propuesta de Turismo Accesible en el Parque Nacional Yacuri, del cantón Espíndola, provincia de Loja

Resumen : El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolla una propuesta de turismo accesible para el Parque Nacional Yacuri (PNY), se procedió a establecer objetivos específicos como: diagnosticar la situación actual y accesible de los atractivos turísticos del PNY en los altos de la parroquia de Jimbura, identificar el interés de los miembros pertenecientes a las asociaciones de personas con discapacidad física del cantón Loja y cantón Espíndola en las actividades turísticas del PNY y proponer estrategias de turismo accesible para personas con discapacidad física en el PNY. Entre la metodología aplicada para el primer objetivo se realizaron visitas al área de estudio para el llenado de fichas técnicas de diagnóstico de atractivos turísticos de Ricaurte y del Ministerio de Turismo del Ecuador (MINTUR) mismas que permitieron identificar cinco atractivos naturales con jerarquía tres, también se empleó fichas técnicas de accesibilidad adaptadas de la Plataforma Representativa Estatal de Discapacitados Físicos (PREDIF) donde se constató el nivel de accesibilidad actual del área de estudio de los cuales se determinó que sólo el refugio y el sendero de la Laguna Negra uno son medianamente accesibles; para el segundo objetivo se aplicó encuestas a personas con discapacidad física, quiénes manifestaron estar interesados en visitar y realizar actividades turísticas en el PNY una vez que este sea accesible de la misma manera, surgieron opiniones y experiencias propias de ¿por qué no suelen realizar turismo? debido a las diversas dificultades que encuentran desde el momento del traslado hasta la utilización de los diferentes servicios turísticos ofertados por dicho atractivo y su entorno, desarrollándose así la matriz de involucrados donde se incluyó a más actores públicos y privados de las parroquias de Jimbura y Amaluza, obteniendo un análisis más completo y sintetizándolo en el árbol de problemas y por consiguiente la elaboración del árbol de objetivos, el mismo que sirvió para el tercer objetivo dónde se estableció cinco estrategias favoreciendo el desarrollo de turismo accesible del PNY, la primera estrategia es el diseño de la infraestructura turística accesible del parque, la segunda estrategia propone la capacitación en atención al turista con discapacidad física dirigido al personal técnico y administrativo del parque, la tercera propone la formación en turismo accesible dirigido a los prestadores de servicios turísticos de las parroquias aledañas, la cuarta estrategia propone la elaboración de material promocional digital del PNY, el cual será expuesto en la página oficial de Facebook y en la plataforma web “Guía Virtual de Turismo Accesible-Ecuador” las mismas que destacan por ofrecer información de atractivos y servicios accesibles a nivel nacional, finalmente la quinta estrategia se enfoca en la creación de alianzas estratégicas entre instituciones público-privadas con el fin de que haya desarrollo turístico accesible tanto en el área protegida como en el cantón Espíndola. Para concluir, la propuesta de desarrollo turístico accesible del PNY es integral porque integra el área natural protegida, a las comunidades aledañas y sus instituciones público-privadas de Jimbura y Amaluza.
Descripción : The present research paper proposes the development of an accessible tourism proposal for the Yacuri National Park (PNY), it proceeded to establish specific objectives such as: diagnose the current and accessible situation of the PNY tourist attractions in the highlands of Jimbura parish, identify the interest of the members belonging to the Association of persons with physical disabilities of the canton Loja (APDFIL) in the tourism activities of the PNY and propose tourism strategies accessible to people with physical disabilities in the PNY. Among the methodology applied for the first objective, visits were made to the study area to fill in technical sheets for the diagnosis of tourist attractions Ricaurte and Tourism Ministry of Ecuador (MINTUR) which allowed the identification of five natural attractions with hierarchy three, also Accessibility technical sheets adapted from the State Representative Platform for the Physically Handicapped (PREDIF) were used, where the current level of accessibility of the study area was verified, from which it was determined that only the refuge and the path of the Black Lagoon 1 are moderately accessible; For the second objective, surveys were applied to people with physical disabilities, who stated that they were interested in visiting and carrying out tourist activities in the PNY once it is accessible in the same way, opinions and experiences of their own emerged as to why they do not usually do tourism ? Due to the various difficulties encountered from the moment of transfer to the use of the different tourist services offered by said attraction and its surroundings, thus developing the matrix of stakeholders where more public and private actors from the parishes of Jimbura and Amaluza were included, obtaining a more complete analysis and synthesizing it in the problem tree and therefore the elaboration of the objective tree, the same one that served for the third objective where five strategies were established favoring the development of accessible tourism of the PNY, the first strategy is the design of the accessible tourist infrastructure of the park, the second strategy proposes training in attention to tourists with physical disabilities aimed at the technical and administrative staff of the park, the third proposes training in accessible tourism aimed at tourism service providers in neighboring parishes, the fourth strategy proposes the e production of PNY digital promotional material, which will be displayed on the official Facebook page and on the web platform "Virtual Accessible Tourism Guide-Ecuador", which stand out for offering information on attractions and accessible services at the national level, finally the Fifth strategy focuses on the creation of strategic alliances between public-private institutions so that there is accessible tourism development both in the protected area and in the Espíndola canton. To conclude, the PNY's accessible tourism development proposal is comprehensive because it integrates the protected natural area, the surrounding communities and their public-private institutions of Jimbura and Amaluza.
