| Resumen : | El Papiloma Virus es una infección de transmisión sexual muy común a nivel mundial. Considerados los más peligrosos los de tipo 16 y 18 quienes son los responsables de desarrollar cáncer Cérvicouterino. El Objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar los conocimientos y actitudes en los estudiantes del Colegio Nocturno Mixto ¨Jaime Roldos Aguilera¨ de la Ciudad de Loja sobre Papiloma Virus y su relación con el Cáncer Cérvicouterino año lectivo 2014-2015. El tipo de estudio es descriptivo. Con una muestra de 130 estudiantes obteniéndose los siguientes Resultados. La edad de los estudiantes en su mayoría es de 15 a 18 años. El 79.2%, desconoce sobre la forma de prevención del Papiloma Virus, y en menor porcentaje desconocen cuáles son los portadores del papiloma virus. Más del 50%, desconocen sobre cáncer de cérvix sus signos y síntomas, el cáncer de cérvix es prevenible, agente causal del cáncer, medio de diagnóstico para detectar el cáncer. En cuanto a factor de riesgo la mayoría de mujeres y hombres dicen por tener relaciones sexuales sin protección. En Conclusión: la mayoría de los estudiantes no conocen sobre el papiloma virus y su relación con el cáncer, y factores de riesgo, en cuanto actitudes la mayoría de no cree que existe la posibilidad de adquirir la infección del Papiloma Virus. | Descripción : | THEY SUM UP <br> The Papilloma Virus is an infection of very common sexual transmission on a global scale. Considered the most dangerous those of type 16 and 18 who are the persons in charge of developing cancer Cérvicouterino. The Target of the present study was to determine the knowledge and attitudes in the students of the Mixed Night School ¨Jaime Roldos Aguilera ¨ of the City of Loja on Papilloma Virus and its relation with the Cancer Cérvicouterino school year 2014-2015. The type of study is descriptive. With a sample of 130 students the following Results being obtained. The age of the students mostly is 15 to 18 years. 79.2 %, does not know on the form of prevention of the Papilloma Virus, and in less percentage they do not know what the bearers of the papilloma are a virus. Any more than 50 %, does not know on cancer of cérvix its signs and symptoms, the cérvix cancer is prevenible, causal agent of the cancer, diagnosis way to detect the cancer. As for risk factor most of women and men say for having sexual intercourse without protection. In Conclusion: most of the students do not know on the papilloma virus and its relation with the cancer, and risk factors, as soon as attitudes most of cree that there exists the possibility of acquiring the infection of the Papilloma Virus. <br> Words fix: Papilloma virus, Cancer Cérvicouterino, Adolescents, Knowledge, Attitudes. |
