| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo: el desarrollo de la creatividad para fomentar la autoestima infantil de las niñas y niños de 4 a 5 años del Centro de Educación Inicial José Miguel García Moreno del Cantón Loja, Provincia de Loja. Periodo 2014-2015, tuvo como objetivo general, contribuir al desarrollo de la autoestima a través del desarrollo creativo de las niñas y niños de 4 a 5 años. Los métodos que se emplearon fueron los siguientes: método científico, analítico-sintético, hermenéutico y el estadístico. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta, para identificar si las docentes fomentan la autoestima en el aula y un inventario de autoestima, que sirvió para determinar el nivel en los mismos. La población investigada fue: 46 niños y niñas y 7 docentes. Los resultados del pretest demostraron que el 61% de los niños y niñas tienen un nivel alto de autoestima, ya que en esta edad por lo general tienen un buen concepto de sí mismos; el 26% obtuvo un nivel medio y el 13% un nivel bajo; mientras que con las aplicación del postest se arrojó resultados satisfactorios, un 78% obtuvo un nivel alto y el 22 % un nivel medio, con la aplicación del taller práctico de actividades creativas que mejoró el nivel de autoestima. Por consiguiente se concluye que los niños que presentan niveles de autoestima media y baja, son niños inestables e inseguros, desconfiados, poco participativos y colaborativos, y que requieren en lo posible mayor atención por parte de las docentes, es decir, que se los integre oportunamente en actividades placenteras, brindándoles afecto, cariño, confianza, motivación, y gratificando su esfuerzo; de manera que su autoestima mejore adecuadamente |
| Descripción : | The present work investigativo: the development of the creativity to encourage the infantile self-esteem of the girls and children from 4 to 5 years of the Center of Initial Education José Miguel García Moreno of the Canton Loja, Province of Loja. Period 2014- 2015, it had like general target, to contribute to the development of the self-esteem across the creative development of the girls and children from 4 to 5 years. The methods that were used were the following ones: scientific, analytical - synthetic, hermeneutic method and the statistician. The skill that was used was the survey, to identify if the teachers encourage the self-esteem in the classroom and an inventory of self-esteem, which served to determine the level in the same ones. The investigated population was: 46 children and girls and 7 teachers. The results of the pretest demonstrated that 61 % of the children and girls has a high self-esteem level, since in this age in general they have a good concept of himself; 26 % obtained an average level and 13 % a low level; while with the application of the postest satisfactory results were thrown, 78 % obtained a high level and 22 % an average level, with the application of the practical workshop of creative activities that improved the self-esteem level. Consequently one concludes that the children who present levels of average and low self-esteem, are unstable and insecure, distrustful children, few participativos and colaborativos, and that they need in the biggest possible attention on the part of the teachers, that is to say, that one integrates them opportunely in pleasant activities, offering to them affection, fondness, confidence, motivation, and rewarding its effort; so that its self-esteem improves appropriately |
