| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó en el Gobierno Provincial de Zamora, teniendo como tema “GESTION DEL TALENTO HUMANO EN EL GOBIERNO PROVINCIAL DE ZAMORA, PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE”. Las etapas están constituidas por herramientas valiosas que contribuyan a mejorar el desempeño del talento humano, estableciendo indicadores y estándares para cumplir con los diferentes objetivos que nos hemos propuesto de acuerdo como lo establece la Secretaria Nacional Técnica de Recursos Humanos y remuneraciones del sector público. Dentro de la introducción se hizo un estudio de las diferentes obras de estudio conocedoras de la actividad administrativa, posteriormente se realizó un análisis de la situación por la que atraviesa el gobierno provincial, encontrándose diferentes problemas dentro de la institución; en base a los problemas encontrados se realizó propuestas de mejoramiento con respecto al reclutamiento y selección de personal, manual de bienvenida, motivación laboral y valoración de puestos. En lo referente a la metodología empleamos el uso de diferentes métodos y técnicas para recabar información del personal del gobierno provincial; se realizó entrevista al Sr. Prefecto y Jefes Departamentales, también se aplicó encuestas a los servidores públicos con nombramiento y contratados. Con respecto a la reseña histórica del gobierno provincial se pudo conocer muy poco de su creación debido a la falta de actualización de la información. Ante las diferentes problemáticas que presenta el gobierno provincial se llegó a establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones para dar soluciones y dejar constancia de nuestro trabajo en esta noble institución proponiendo diferentes herramientas e indicadores que permitan un mejor aprovechamiento del talento humano para beneficio de la institución. |
| Descripción : | The present investigative work one carries out in Zamora's provincial government, having like topic "ADMINISTRATION OF THE HUMAN TALENT IN THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT DDE ZAMORA, COUNTY DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE." The stages are constituted by valuable tools that contribute to improve the acting of the human talent, establishing indicators and standards to fulfill the different objectives that we have intended of agreement as it establishes it the Secretary National Technique of Human resources and remunerations of the public sector. Inside the introduction a study of the different works of study experts of the administrative activity was made, later on one carries out an analysis of the situation for which the provincial government crosses, being different problems inside the institution; based on the opposing problems one carries out proposals of improvement with regard to the recruitment and selection of personal, welcome manual, labor motivation and valuation of positions. Regarding the methodology we use the use of different methods and techniques for the provincial government's personnel's rehabber information; one carries out interview to the Mr. Prefect and Departmental Bosses, you also applies surveys to employees and workers with appointment and hired. With regard to the provincial government's historical review one could know very little of their creation due to the lack of upgrade of the information. Before the different ones problematic that the provincial government presents you ends up establishing conclusions and recommendations to give solutions and to leave perseverance of our work in this noble institution proposing different tools and indicators that allow a better use human talent for benefit of the institution. |
