| Resumen : | La Tesis titulada “IMPLANTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA CONTABLE EN EL RESTAURANT LA BRASA, PERÍODO: ABRIL - JUNIO DEL 2013” se efectuó de acuerdo al reglamento de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, como requisito previo a optar por el título de Ingeniero en Contabilidad y Auditoría. En el desarrollo del trabajo investigativo se dio cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados, mediante la realización de un inventario inicial de los bienes, valores y obligaciones que posee elRestaurant la Brasa,diseño de un plan de cuentas y registros contables, ejecución del estado se situación inicial, libro diario, libro mayor, balance de comprobación, hoja de trabajo ajustes y Estados Financieros con la debida documentación soporte, que permitirán al propietario tomar decisiones adecuadas. La implantación del sistema contable propuesto es de gran importancia ya que el restaurant tendrá un control de sus negociaciones mercantiles y financieras. Así como mayor productividad y aprovechamiento de su patrimonio. Entre las principales conclusiones determinadas se puede establecer la ejecución del proceso contable partiendo del inventario inicial, Estado de situación inicial, libro diario, libro mayor, balance de comprobación hoja de trabajo, preparación y elaboración de los estados financieros proporcionaron información que facilitó conocer la situacióneconómica en que se encuentra el Restaurant la Brasa; por lo que se recomiendarealizar del proceso contable que proporcionará información oportuna para la toma de decisiones |
| Descripción : | The thesis entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN A RESTAURANT grilled PERIOD: APRIL - JUNE 2013" was carried out according to the regulations of the National University of Loja, as a prerequisite to qualify for the title of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing . In developing the research work were complied with the objectives, by conducting an initial inventory of the property, stocks and bonds owned by the Restaurant la Brasa, design a chart of accounts and records, execution of state situation initial, journal, ledger, trial balance, worksheet settings and Financial Statements with proper documentation support, which allow the owner to make appropriate decisions. The implementation of the proposed accounting system is of great importance because the restaurant will control their business and financial negotiations. As well as higher productivity and utilization of their assets. Among the main conclusions you can establish certain performance of the accounting process starting from the initial inventory, status baseline, journal, ledger, balance sheet checking work, preparation and processing of financial statements provided information it provided about the situation that is economical in the Brasserie Restaurant; so it is recommended that the accounting process that provides timely information for decision-making |
