| Resumen : | El desarrollo de la tesis denominada: “APLICACIÓN DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN “INSUFARM DISTRIBUCIONES MEDICAS”, PERIODO JUNIO – AGOSTO DEL 2014”, se realizó con la finalidad principal de aplicar el proceso contable, con el fin de conocer de forma oportuna la real situación económica- financiera del local comercial. En la ejecución del trabajo de investigación se dio cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados; iniciando con la elaboración del Plan y Manual de Cuentas; practicando la normativa, legal contable pertinente y por su puesto cubriendo las necesidades contables del negocio, se codifico y detallo cada una de las cuentas contables usadas en el proceso contable; las mismas que sirvieron de base para el desarrollo del proceso contable iniciando por la clasificación de los documentos fuente, luego con el desarrollo del Inventario Inicial, Estado de Situación Inicial, en donde se registró los bienes, derechos y obligaciones del negocio, luego se desarrolló en memorándum de operaciones para el registro de las operaciones en el Libro Diario de una manera cronológica, Libro Mayor, Balance de Comprobación, hasta cumplir con el presentación de los Estados Financieros. Finalmente se desarrolló las conclusiones y recomendaciones, en especial se dio cumplimiento como objetivo general a la aplicación del sistema contable en “INSUFARM DISTRIBUCIONES MEDICAS”, y para ello se inició desarrollando un plan y manual de cuentas específico y de acuerdo al giro propio del negocio se diseñó los auxiliares contables necesarios los mismos que sirvieron de sustento en el registro de los diferentes hechos económicos, hasta cumplir con la elaboración de los Estados Financieros que son el reflejo de las actividades económicas del negocio |
| Descripción : | The development of the thesis entitled: "APPLICATION OF ACCOUNTING IN COMMERCIAL" INSUFARM MEDICAL DISTRIBUTIONS "PERIOD JUNE - AUGUST 2014 was held with the main purpose of applying the accounting process, in order to meet timely the real economic situation - Finances shop. In the development of the research were complied with the stated objectives; starting with the preparation of the Plan and Accounting Manual; I complying with regulations, legal accounting relevant and of course covering the financial needs of the business, so be codified and detail each of the ledger accounts used in the accounting process; the same that formed the basis for the development of the accounting process starting with the classification of source documents, then with the development of the Initial Inventory, State Initial Situation, where the assets, rights and obligations are there in the business registered , then developed into memorandum of operations used to record transactions in the journal in a chronological manner, then he proceeded to the Ledger, Trial Balance, to comply with the presentation of financial statements. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were developed, they allow to terminate the present research work developed by mentioning the main events where it is mainly recommended to keep the accounting system implemented; with the aim of improving profitability through new and better choices taken from the results |
