| Resumen : | El presente trabajo “APLICACIÓN DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN EL BAZAR Y PAPELERÍA SACHIEL DEL CANTÓN YANTZAZA, PERÍODO: AGOSTO-OCTUBRE DEL 2014”, Se elaboró con el fin de dar al propietario de la Papelería los elementos prácticos de cómo se debe llevar los registros contables. Está estructurado conforme a las exigencias y reglamentos de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, Modalidad de Estudios a Distancia, carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría, previo al grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Con la implantación del proceso contable por el sistema de inventario permanente, se cuantificó los valores, bienes y obligaciones que tiene la Papelería, al inicio del ejercicio económico cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados, realizando el plan de cuentas, manual de cuentas, para proceder a elaborar el estado de situación inicial y jornalizar las transacciones comerciales en el diario general, libro mayor y demás registros contables, haciendo posible preparar los Estados Financieros. Al concluir la ejecución del proceso contable realizado a la Papelería objeto de estudio, se pudo determinar la Utilidad neta del ejercicio, resultado que ayudará a su propietario a tomar decisiones encaminadas al crecimiento, inversión o capitalización de su patrimonio, con la finalidad de lograr mayores beneficios económicos que permitan mantenerse en el mercado local y nacional. Se recomienda al propietario de la Papelería y Bazar “Sachiel” mantener el sistema de contabilidad presentado en este trabajo lo que permitirá obtener información oportuna y veraz que oriente la organización económica y financiera del negocio |
| Descripción : | This present work “APLICACATION OF CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL IN THE BAZAR Y PAPELERÍA SACHIEL OF COUNTRY YANTZAZA, PERÍOD: AGOSTO-OCTUBRE OF 2014”, It was elaborated with the purpose of giving to the proprietor of the Stationery store the practical elements of how one is due to take the countable registries. It is structured according to the exigencies and regulations of the National University of Loja, Modality of remote Studies, race of Accounting and Audit, for the obtaining of the title of Engineering in Accounting and Audit, Public Accountant Auditor. With the implantation of the countable process by the system of permanent inventory, one quantified the values, goods and obligations that the Stationery store at the beginning of the economic exercise has fulfilling the raised objectives, making the plan of accounts, manual of accounts, to come to elaborate the state of initial situation and to jornalizar the commercial. When concluding the execution of the countable process made to the Stationery store study object, could be determined the net Loss of the exercise, result that will help its proprietor to take decisions directed to the growth, investment or capitalization of its patrimony, with the purpose of obtaining greater economic benefits than they allow to stay in the local and national market. “Sachiel” is recommended to the proprietor of the Stationery store to maintain the system of accounting presented/displayed in this work which will allow to obtain opportune and truthful data that it orients the economic and financial organization of the business |
