| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis intitulado “IMPLANTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE EN LA FARMACIA SUCRE I, PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS, CANTÓN EL TRIUNFO, PERIODO ENERO- MARZO DEL 2014”, se realizó dando cumplimiento al Reglamento de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, previo a la obtención del título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA., además de aportar con los conocimientos adquiridos y aplicarlos a esta unidad comercial que necesita organizar su información financiera mediante los registros contables, conforme lo establecen las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad, Ley de Servicio de Rentas Internas, Código del Comercio; y obtener información oportuna. Se dio cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados con la implantación del sistema contable, se inició con la elaboración del Plan y Manual de cuentas acorde a las necesidades de la farmacia, se desarrolló el proceso contable partiendo con el levantamiento del inventario inicial que permitió conocer los bienes, derechos y obligaciones del negocio; estos datos consolidados facilitaron realizar el Estado de Situación Inicial donde se conoció el activo, pasivo y patrimonio; posteriormente se registraron en el Libro Diario las transacciones correspondientes al periodo de estudio, se efectuaron los documentos internos y al final se obtuvieron los estados financieros. Como conclusión al término de la implantación de la contabilidad por el sistema de inventario permanente se determinó utilidad en el periodo de estudio; resultado que se dio a conocer a la propietaria del negocio; por consiguiente se recomienda continuar con la aplicación de la contabilidad comercial ya que brindará información razonable, confiable y oportuna a su propietaria para una toma de decisiones acertada cuando el caso lo amerite |
