| Resumen : | El trabajo de tesis intitulado “IMPLANTACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL DEL SR. MANUEL HERIBERTO LÓPEZ CALLE, DE LA PROVINCIA ZAMORA CHINCHIPE CANTÓN YANTZAZA, PERIODO SEPTIEMBRE-OCTUBRE 2014”se justifica de manera significativa, ya que su propietario se beneficia al conocer los procedimientos pertinentes para un adecuado control de los recursos que dispone, con el fin de reducir gastos innecesarios y por ende incrementar de forma gradual su rentabilidad y prestigio empresarial, ganado a través de los años en el mercado. Su realización coadyuva a dar cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos y que hacen referencia a implantar la contabilidad en el comercial; realizando el proceso contable desde el Plan de Cuentas, Manual de Cuentas, Inventario Inicial, Estado de Situación Inicial, Libro Diario, Libro Mayor, Balance de Comprobación, y Estados Financieros, demostrando así en forma clara y real los resultados obtenidos en el periodo; adicionalmente se presenta la realización de las declaraciones de la empresa al finalizar el periodo establecido, con la finalidad de evitar caer en multas tributarias con el Servicio de Rentas Internas. Una vez aplicado el proceso contable, se concluye que la aplicación práctica permitió obtener resultados reales a través de los Estados Financieros, por lo que se recomienda implementar la contabilidad como herramienta que coadyuva a tener un mejor control de las operaciones que se efectúan dentro de la empresa; esto con el fin de incrementar la rentabilidad empresarial que se obtiene al finalizar un ciclo económico, en el mediano o largo plazo |
| Descripción : | The thesis work entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF TRADE ACCOUNTS OF MR. Heriberto MANUEL LOPEZ STREET CHINCHIPE ZAMORA PROVINCE CANTON Yantzaza, PERIOD SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2014 "is justified significantly, since the owner benefits from knowing the relevant procedures for adequate control of the resources available, to I cut wasteful spending and thus gradually increase their profitability and corporate reputation, earned through years in the market. Its implementation contributes to comply with the proposed objectives and referring to implement accounting in the business; performing the accounting process from the Chart of Accounts, User Accounts, Home Inventory, State Initial Situation, Daybook, Ledger, Trial Balance and Financial Statements, demonstrating clearly and realistically the results obtained in the period; conducting further statements of the company at the end of the period established for the purpose of avoiding tax penalties fall into the IRS is presented. Once applied the accounting process, it is concluded that the practical application yielded real results through financial statements, so it is recommended to implement accounting as a tool that helps to have better control of the operations carried out within the enterprise; this in order to increase business profitability obtained at the end of an economic cycle, in the medium or long term |
