| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación comprende el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional y su influencia en el comportamiento de los niños y niñas de primer año de educación básica de la escuela “Vicente Paz” de la parroquia Quinara, cantón Loja, período lectivo 2011-2012, Con esta perspectiva, el presente trabajo se inicia con la recolección de datos, donde se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el test, que fueron aplicados a las docentes, padres de familia, niños y niñas del primer año de educación básica. Para el procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de datos se manejaron los métodos deductivo, inductivo y analítico-sintético. Entre los resultados de mayor relevancia y significación tenemos: A criterio de las docentes la inteligencia emocional es la capacidad para reconocer sentimientos propios y ajenos, manejar las emociones, motivarnos, controlar los impulsos y regular los estados de ánimo. La inteligencia emocional influye significativamente en el comportamiento de los niños y niñas, porque les permite diferenciar entre lo positivo y lo negativo, lo agradable y lo desagradable y ello hace que tengan una actitud aceptable en su entorno. Los niños y las niñas han desarrollado las características de la inteligencia emocional como son: conciencia de sí mismo, equilibrio anímico, motivación, control de los impulsos y sociabilidad, evidenciada en sus diferentes manifestaciones cognitivas, procedimentales y actitudinales.La propuesta alternativa que se plantea se constituye en un aporte para la tarea compleja que constituye desarrollar la inteligencia emocional e incidir en el comportamiento de los niños y niñas que ingresan al primer año de educación básica. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation work understands the development of the emotional intelligence and its influence in the behavior of the children and girls of first year of basic education of the school "Vicente Peace" of the parish Quinara, canton Loja, period lectivo 2011-2012, With this perspective, the present work begins with the gathering of data, where it was used the technique of the survey and the test that were applied to the educational ones, family parents, children and the first year-old girls. For the prosecution, analysis and interpretation of data the deductive, inductive and analytic-synthetic methods were managed. Between the results of more relevance and significance we have: To approach of the educational ones the emotional intelligence is the capacity to recognize own and other people's feelings, to manage the emotions, to motivate us, to control the impulses and to regulate the states of spirit. The emotional intelligence influences significantly in the behavior of the children and girls, because it allows them to differ among the positive thing and the negative thing, the pleasant thing and the unpleasant thing and he/she makes it them to have an acceptable attitude in its environment. The children and the girls have developed the characteristics of the emotional intelligence as they are: it makes aware of itself, psychic balance, motivation, control of the impulses and sociability, evidenced in their different manifestations cognitivas, procedural and actitudinales. The alternative proposal that thinks about constitutes in a contribution for the complex task that constitutes to develop the emotional intelligence and to impact in the behavior of the children and girls that enter to the first year of basic education. |
