| Resumen : | El presente Trabajo de Integración Curricular denominado: “DISEÑO DE UN MANUAL DE PROCEDIMIENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS, CONTABLES Y TRIBUTARIOS PARA LA COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTE URBANOS "24 DE MAYO” PERIODO 2022, está enfocada a examinar el área administrativa, contable y tributaria de la cooperativa de transporte, con el fin de facilitar el correcto desarrollo de las funciones, actividades, registros y control que se manejan diariamente. Para el desarrollo del primer objetivo se realizó específicamente una entrevista dirigida al gerente y contador de la Cooperativa, donde se determinó la situación actual en el área administrativa, contable y tributarias, y establecer en qué podría facilitarle el manual de procedimientos en sus labores diarias para promover su eficiencia y eficacia. Para la ejecución del segundo objetivo sobre el procedimiento administrativo se integró las funciones a cada uno de los empleados y trabajadores de la cooperativa de Transporte Urbanos “24 de Mayo” de acuerdo a su jerarquía y a las normas legales vigentes, Este procedimiento se guió con el organigrama estructural entregado por la entidad. En el cumplimiento del tercer objetivo se enfocó en la implementación de un manual de procedimientos contables y tributarios donde se estableció políticas y procedimientos, que guiará al contador a registrar mejor las cuentas contables y dar cumplimiento a la presentación de las normas contables y permitir entregar las obligaciones tributarias en el tiempo establecido por el Sistema de Rentas Internas. Finalmente se planteó la siguiente conclusión; que el manual de procedimientos administrativos, contables y tributarios es una herramienta fundamental que permite a los funcionarios y empleados de la Cooperativa conocer de forma clara y ordenada cada una de sus actividades que diariamente ejecutan en la entidad. |
| Descripción : | This Curricular Integration Work called "DESIGN OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE, ACCOUNTING AND TAX PROCEDURES MANUAL FOR THE "24 DE MAYO" URBAN TRANSPORTATION COOPERATIVE FOR PERIOD 2022, is focused on examining the administrative, accounting and tax area of the cooperative, in order to facilitate the proper development of the functions, activities, records and control that are handled daily. For the development of the first objective, an interview was specifically conducted with the manager and accountant of the Cooperative, to determine the current situation in the administrative, accounting and tax areas, and to determine how the procedures manual could facilitate their daily work to promote their efficiency and effectiveness. For the execution of the second objective on the administrative procedure, the functions of each one of the officials and workers of the "24 de Mayo" Urban Transportation Cooperative were integrated according to their hierarchy and the legal norms in force. The third objective was focused on the implementation of an accounting and tax procedures manual where policies and procedures were established to guide the accountant to better record the accounting accounts and to comply with the presentation of tax obligations in the time established by the Internal Revenue System. Finally, the following conclusion was reached: the manual of administrative, accounting and tax procedures is a fundamental tool that allows the cooperative's officers and employees to know in a clear and orderly manner each of the activities they perform daily in the entity. |
