| Resumen : | La investigación se realizó en la Estación Experimental Punzara, se plantearon los siguientes objetivos; estudiar el comportamiento de los indicadores productivos históricos del hato lechero de la Quinta Experimental Punzara en dos etapas, determinar el comportamiento de los indicadores productivos en periodos junio 2018- junio 2019 y julio 2019- julio 2020 y establecer relaciones entre indicadores para optimizar el proceso productivo actual, considerando los valores históricos. Se recopilaron datos productivos correspondientes a las dos etapas de estudio en el hato lechero de genotipo Holstein de la Estación Experimental Punzara, en la investigación se valoraron variables como: producción total, producción vaca/mes, producción vaca/día y número de vacas en ordeño. Como resultado del estudio se obtuvo; que el comportamiento de los indicadores en la etapa julio 2019 - mayo 2020 fue mayor a agosto 2018 - junio 2019. Además, los meses de mayor producción en el periodo agosto 2018 - junio 2019, fueron: abril (2748 L), mayo (3655 L) y junio (3997 L), esto es debido al aumento de los animales en producción, con una mejora sustancial de esta. Las diferencias en los objetivos propuestos con los meses de estudio se debieron al incompleto registro de algunos parámetros productivos en la unidad de estudio. En el periodo julio 2019 - mayo 2020 la producción total se mantuvo en índices aceptables, mostrando un ligero cambio en la producción láctea, relacionada en gran medida con el aumento de las vacas en ordeño. De forma general las producciones obtenidas en las dos etapas infieren una mejora en los indicadores estudiados en la segunda etapa con respecto a la primera por una optimización del hato bovino y el aumento de las hembras en ordeño. Estudios posteriores serán necesarios para identificar algunos indicadores reproductivos, productivos y alimentarios que pudieran haber influido en la variabilidad entre las dos etapas, por su orden de importancia. | Descripción : | The research was carried out at the Punzara Experimental Station, which aims to study the behavior of the historic productive indicators of the dairy herd of the Punzara Experimental Farm in two stages, determine the behavior of the productive indicators in the periods, June 2018- June 2019, and July 2019- July 2020, and establish relationships between indicators for improving the current production process, considering the historical values. Productive data corresponding to the two stages of the study was gathered in the Holstein genotype dairy herd of the Punzara Experimental Station. During the research, variables were considered, such as total production, cow/month production, cow/day production, and the number of milking cows. As a result of the research, it can be determined that the behavior of the indicators in the July 2019 - May 2020 stage was higher than in August 2018 - June 2019. Moreover, the months of higher production in the period August 2018 - June 2019 were: April (2748 L), May (3655 L), and June (3997 L) because the animals in production increased, showing a substantial improvement in it. The differences between the proposed objectives and the study months are that the deficient record of some productive parameters in the study unit. From July 2019 - May 2020, total production was kept at adequate rates, showing a slight variation in dairy production, mainly related to the increase in milking cows. Generally, the productions obtained in the two stages suggested an improvement in the indicators studied in the second stage regarding the first, due to an optimization of the cattle herd and the increase in the number of milking females. Subsequent research will be necessary to identify some reproductive, productive, and feeding indicators that could have affected the variability between the two stages in their order of importance.
