| Resumen : | El presente trabajo se realizó con el principal objetivo de “Analizar las estrategias financieras aplicadas al crecimiento y desarrollo sostenible de las pequeñas empresas de la ciudad de Loja durante el periodo 2019-2020.” Para el desarrollo de este estudio se utilizaron diferentes métodos que fueron de gran importancia para encontrar datos oportunos y reales, entre ellos: el método inductivo, deductivo, método científico, el método analítico y el sintético así mismo se utilizaron técnicas y herramientas apropiadas como la encuesta y entrevista las cuales ayudaron a ejecutar el diagnostico de las estrategias actuales de las pequeñas empresas comerciales, identificar la influencia del medio externo e interno en el proceso de crecimiento de dichas empresas y finalmente en la elaboración del manual de estrategias financieras para el desarrollo y crecimiento sostenible de las pequeñas empresas comerciales. Finalmente, como resultados se obtuvo que 69,57% de estas empresas emplean estrategias financieras, pero estas no se encuentran bien establecidas y no consideran la opinión de los colaboradores en la toma de decisiones, lo cual está provocando un desaprovechamiento de los recursos económicos y humanos, y además no realiza un análisis de todos los factores externos e internos en el crecimiento y desarrollo sostenible de las pequeñas empresas comerciales; ya que generalmente los propietarios se enfocan en otros aspectos como atención al cliente; olvidando realizar procesos de revisión de información y aplicación de indicadores financieros para evidenciar la situación real de las empresas. |
| Descripción : | This work was carried out with the main objective of "Analyzing the financial strategies applied to the growth and sustainable development of small companies in the city of Loja during the period 2019-2020." For the development of this study, different methods were used that were of great importance to find timely and real data, among them: the inductive, deductive, scientific method, the analytical and synthetic method, as well as appropriate techniques and tools such as the survey and interview which helped to carry out the diagnosis of the current strategies of small commercial companies, identify the influence of the external and internal environment in the growth process of said companies and finally in the preparation of the financial strategies manual for the development and sustainable growth of small business enterprises. Finally, as results, it was obtained that 69.57% of these companies use financial strategies, but these are not well established and do not consider the opinion of the collaborators in decision-making, which is causing a waste of economic resources and human, and also does not perform an analysis of all external and internal factors in the growth and sustainable development of small business enterprises; since generally the owners focus on other aspects such as customer service; forgetting to carry out information review processes and application of financial indicators to show the real situation of the companies. |
