| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LA ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZATIVA DEL BARRIO “TEJAR DE JERICÓ” DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA Y PERSPECTIVAS DE FORTALECIMIENTO DESDE LA MIRADA DEL TRABAJO SOCIAL” se lo desarrollo mediante un estudio realizado a los moradores del barrio Tejar de Jericó, para la cual se aplicó la investigación científica de tipo cuantitativa y cualitativa posibilitando dar respuesta a los objetivos planteados en la investigación. Los principales hallazgos encontrados en la investigación indican que los diferentes elementos que inciden en la colectividad afectan directamente a la organización e inestabilidad del barrio como son: poco liderazgo, conflictos entre vecinos, poca participación de los miembros de la comunidad en la toma de decisiones y un escaso trabajo en equipo por parte de la directiva y moradores, lo cual ha venido agravando la desorganización y no permite un desarrollo positivo para la comunidad. Es por ello que la participación colectiva y activa de los moradores y el papel que cumplen son indispensables en el proceso del desarrollo comunitario. Para lo cual, la investigación permitió dar respuesta a los objetivos planteados en donde los objetivos específicos, accedieron a identificar las teorías acordes a las temáticas sobre la estructura organizativa y las perspectivas de fortalecimiento, que dirigieron a conocer las causas y consecuencias de la poca organización comunitaria, lo cual permite establecer una propuesta de intervención y dar posibles soluciones al tema investigado. La metodología aplicada en la investigación se basó en el método científico, debidamente acompañado del método inductivo y deductivo los cuales permitieron iniciar la investigación enfocándose en la recopilación de información empleando estrategias que admitieron la apreciación y colaboración de los actores sociales, así mismo se logró obtener información relevante acorde al objeto de estudio a través de la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas a los moradores de la comunidad. De acuerdo con la investigación, se pudo identificar la poca organización comunitaria, por parte de los moradores y el déficit de liderazgo por parte de la directiva. Lo cual influye en el desarrollo de la comunidad, por lo que se pretende que los moradores inciten un desarrollo basado en la participación, motivación, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo para la organización. Es muy importante enfatizar la participación del Trabajador social para el fortalecimiento de la comunidad mediante la orientación y capacitación para lograr un bienestar social, por lo que se diseñó una propuesta de intervención denominada: “FORTALECIMIENTO ORGANIZACIÓNAL DEL BARRIO “TEJAR DE JERICÓ” DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA. |
| Descripción : | Abstract. The present research work entitled “CHARACTERIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE “TEJAR DE JERICÓ” NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF LOJA AND PERSPECTIVES OF STRENGTHENING FROM THE VIEW OF SOCIAL WORK” was developed through a study carried out on the residents of the Tejar de Jericó neighborhood, for which quantitative and qualitative scientific research was applied, making it possible to respond to the objectives set in the research. The main findings found in the research indicate that the different elements that affect the community directly affect the organization and instability of the neighborhood, such as: little leadership, conflicts between neighbors, little participation of community members in decision- making and scarce teamwork on the part of the board of directors and residents, which has been aggravating the disorganization and does not allow a positive development for the community. That is why the collective and active participation of the residents and the role they play are essential in the process of community development. For which, the research will respond to the objectives set where the specific objectives agreed to identify the theories according to the themes on the organizational structure and the perspectives of strengthening, which led to know the causes and consequences of little organization community, which allows to establish an intervention proposal and provide possible solutions to the investigated topic. The methodology applied in the research was based on the scientific method, duly accompanied by the inductive and deductive method, which allowed to start the research focusing on the collection of information using strategies that admitted the appreciation and collaboration of the 5 social actors, likewise it was possible to obtain relevant information according to the object of study through the application of interviews and surveys to the residents of the community. According to the investigation, it was possible to identify the little community organization on the part of the residents and the leadership deficit on the part of the directive. Which influences the development of the community, so it is intended that the residents encourage development based on participation, motivation, teamwork and leadership for the organization. It is very important to emphasize the participation of the Social Worker to strengthen the community through guidance and training to achieve social well-being, for which an intervention proposal was designed called: “ORGANIZATIONAL STRENGTHENING OF THE “TEJAR DE JERICÓ” NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF LOJA. |
