| Resumen : | El Plan de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional para la Tornería Iñiguez, se realizó con el propósito de elaborar una propuesta de Plan Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional para guiar a la empresa en el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y mejorar las condiciones de trabajo para los trabajadores, con la utilización del método descriptivo se detalló la situación actual de la empresa, identificando los riesgos laborales y las medidas preventivas para posteriormente identificar fortalezas y debilidades. Se utilizó tres técnicas: encuesta a los siete trabajadores, entrevista al Gerente-Propietario, y observación directa tomando como base la lista de verificación del cumplimiento de la normativa legal en seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En el diagnóstico de la situación actual e identificación de riesgos se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: El 100% de los trabajadores tienen el equipo de protección personal; los principales riesgos a los que se encuentran expuestos son mecánicos como: atrapamiento con maquinaria, cortes, quemaduras, etc; físicos: incendios, explosiones, radiaciones ultravioleta, entre otros; y químicos: inhalación de polvos, aerosoles, sustancias corrosivas y otros; por tal razón el 71,43% ha sufrido incidentes laborales como quemaduras, cortes, golpes; mientras que el 28,57% ha sufrido accidentes laborales: proyección de partículas a los ojos, cortes por la manipulación de moladora; un 57,14% considera que el nivel de riesgo por la manipulación de maquinaria o herramientas es alto; en lo referente a la gestión documental no se ha designado el delegado de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, tampoco existe la política de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, no se ha elaborado el registro de riesgos y el plan de acción, no cuenta con un plan de capacitaciones y no existe el registro de vigilancia de salud de los trabajadores. Se recomienda al propietario ejecutar el plan, el mismo que ayudará a cumplir la normativa evitando sanciones, beneficiará a los trabajadores en su seguridad y salud, al tener un ambiente de trabajo en óptimas condiciones se incrementaría la productividad reduciendo costos e interrupciones en la actividad laboral y mejoraría la imagen de la empresa al demostrar el cumplimiento de la responsabilidad social empresarial. |
| Descripción : | The Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Plan for Turnería Iñiguez, was carried out with the purpose of preparing a proposal for an Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Plan to guide the company in complying with current regulations and improve working conditions for workers With the use of the descriptive method, the current situation of the company was detailed, identifying the occupational risks and preventive measures to later identify strengths and weaknesses. Three techniques were used: survey of the seven workers, interview with the Manager-Owner, and direct observation based on the checklist of compliance with legal regulations on safety and health at work. In the diagnosis of the current situation and identification of risks, the following results were obtained: 100% of the workers have personal protective equipment; the main risks to which they are exposed are mechanical such as: entrapment with machinery, cuts, burns, etc; physical: fires, explosions, ultraviolet radiation, among others; and chemicals: inhalation of dusts, aerosols, corrosive substances and others; For this reason, 71.43% have suffered work incidents such as burns, cuts, blows; while 28.57% have suffered occupational accidents: projection of particles to the eyes, cuts due to the manipulation of a grinder; 57.14% consider that the level of risk due to the manipulation of machinery or tools is high; Regarding document management, the delegate for Occupational Health and Safety has not been appointed, there is no Occupational Health and Safety policy, the risk register and action plan have not been drawn up, there is no a training plan and there is no workers' health surveillance registry. The owner is recommended to execute the plan, which will help to comply with the regulations avoiding penalties, will benefit workers in their safety and health, having a work environment in optimal conditions would increase productivity, reducing costs and interruptions in work activity and it would improve the image of the company by demonstrating compliance with corporate social responsibility. |
