| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “Cumplimiento del Programa de Alimentación Escolar (PAE) en las Instituciones Educativas del nivel de educación general básica del cantón Loja, año 2018” tuvo como propósito determinar el nivel de cumplimiento del Programa de Alimentación Escolar en las instituciones educativas fiscales, fiscomisionales y municipales del nivel de Educación General Básica del cantón Loja, determinándose un cumplimiento medio del 80,75%. Para ello fue necesario la formulación de cinco indicadores: 1) Instituciones educativas abastecidas con raciones alimenticias para todos los días clase del año 2018; 2) Instituciones educativas abastecidas con raciones alimenticias según el número de estudiantes; 3) Instituciones Educativas que reciben variada alimentación escolar; 4) Instituciones Educativas abastecidas de alimentos en buen estado físico; 5) Instituciones Educativas abastecidas con alimentos adecuados para su consumo, este último, siendo el único indicador logrando un cumplimiento alto del 97,47%, luego se elaboró un diagnóstico sobre el cumplimiento del Programa de Alimentación Escolar en las instituciones educativas, cuyos resultados muestran diferencias porcentuales entre las instituciones educativas de instancia fiscal y fiscomisional tanto de la zona rural y urbana. Finalmente, se estableció factores que limitan el cumplimiento del Programa de Alimentación Escolar en las instituciones educativas, alcanzando como resultados que estos factores son atribuibles a la gestión institucional del Ministerio de Educación, este siendo el ente encargado de la dotación de las raciones alimenticias en cada institución educativa. |
| Descripción : | This thesis work called “Compliance with the School Feeding Program (PAE) in the Educational Institutions of the level of basic general education of the canton Loja, year 2018” was intended to determine the level of compliance with the School Feeding Program in the educational institutions Fiscal, fiscomisionales and municipal level of Basic General Education of the canton Loja, determining an average compliance of 80.75%. For this, the formulation of five indicators was necessary: 1) Educational institutions supplied with food rations for all class days of the year 2018; 2) Educational institutions supplied with food rations according to the number of students; 3) Educational Institutions that receive varied school meals; 4) Educational Institutions supplied with food in good physical condition; 5) Educational Institutions supplied with adequate food for consumption, the latter being the only indicator achieving a high compliance of 97.47%, then a diagnosis was made on the fulfillment of the School Feeding Program in educational institutions, whose results show percentage differences between the educational institutions of fiscal and fiscomisional instance of both rural and urban areas. Finally, factors were established that limit the fulfillment of the School Feeding Program in educational institutions, achieving as a result that these factors are attributable to the institutional management of the Ministry of Education, being the entity responsible for the provision of food rations in each educational institution |
