| Resumen : | La presente investigación: “CREACIÓN DE UNA ESCUELA MUNICIPALPARA ATENDER E INCLUÍR A LOS ALUMNOS DE SECTORES VULNERABLES Y MEJORAR LA CALIDAD DE LA EDUCACIÓN, EN LA PARROQUIA CATACOCHA, CANTÓN PALTAS, PROVINCIA DE LOJA, PERIODO LECTIVO 2013 -2014”, pretende crear una institución educativa municipal para atender a los alumnos de sectores vulnerables y mantener una relación armónica, a fin de alcanzar una educación de calidad y calidez.Los objetivos de la investigación son: Determinar los requerimientos académicos, metodológicos –técnicos, éticos, sociales y legales que justifiquen y posibiliten la creación de una escuela municipal, Levantar un estudio socioeconómico en los hogares de los sectores vulnerables, en la parroquia Catacocha y, Formular lineamientos propositivos orientados a la creación y funcionamiento de una escuela municipal en la perspectiva de atender a los sectores más vulnerables en la parroquia Catacocha, cantón Paltas, provincia de Loja, periodo lectivo 2013-2014.Los principales métodos, técnicas y procedimientos que se emplearon en la investigación son: Científico, analítico, deductivo y descriptivo, las técnicas de la observación y encuesta dirigida a 180 familias vulnerables de la ciudad de Catacocha .De acuerdo con los resultados de la investigación se concluye; que la mayor parte de las familias encuestadas (60%) presentan vulnerabilidad por situación de pobreza y desempleo, un poco menos de la mitad (47,78%) la familia esta integrada de 4 a 6 miembros, su estado de salud es regular y bueno; y, a veces asisten al hospital a recibir atención médica. El nivel de educación es primario de la mayoría de las familias vulnerables, tienen hijos con discapacidad y en menor porcentaje con necesidades educativas especiales. La mayoría de los esposos trabajan y sus ingresos son de 300 dólares mensuales, recursos que no satisfacen las necesidades de las familias vulnerables, lo que permite que un bajo porcentaje de hijos menores de edad trabajen en actividades domésticas y de servicio. Finalmente la mayoría de las familias vulnerables de la ciudad de Catacocha afirman que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado GAD Municipal de Paltas debería crear una escuela para atender a alumnos de familias de bajos recursos económicos, discapacitados y Necesidades Educativas Especiales. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation: CREATION OF A MUNICIPAL SCHOOL to ASSIST AND to INCLUDE THE STUDENTS OF VULNERABLE SECTORS AND to IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE EDUCATION, IN THE PARISH CATACOCHA, CANTON AVOCADOS, COUNTY DE LOJA, PERIOD LECTIVO 2013 -2014, it seeks to create an educational municipal institution to assist the students of vulnerable sectors and to maintain a harmonic relationship, in order to reach an education of quality and warmth.The objectives of the investigation are: to determine the academic, methodological requirements .tecnics, ethical, social and legal that they justify and facilitate the creation of a municipal school, to lift a socioeconomic study in the homes of the vulnerable sectors, in the parish Catacocha, and, to formulate limits propositivos guided to the creation and operation of a municipal school in the perspective of assisting to the most vulnerable sectors in the parish Catacocha, canton Avocados, county of Loja, period lectivo 2013-2014.The investigation types that were used, the not experimental, without the manipulation of variables, the traverse one when gathering the data of the vulnerable families on social and economic aspects, the exploratory one when to the beginning one investigates on the vulnerability of the families. The descriptive type investigation is used to the moment to detail the reality of the investigated families.The methodology used in the investigation constitutes the methods scientist, analytic, deductive and descriptive that were used, the techniques of the observation and survey directed to 180 vulnerable families of the city of Catacocha.In accordance with the results of the investigation you concludes that most of the interviewed (60%) families presents vulnerability for situation of poverty and unemployment, a little less than the half (47,78%) the family this integrated from 4 to 6 members, their state of health is to regulate and good; and, they sometimes attend the hospital to receive medical care. The education level is primary of most of the vulnerable families, they have children with discapacidad and in smaller percentage with Educational Special Necessities. Most of the husbands work and their revenues are of 300 monthly dollars, resources that don't satisfy the necessities of the vulnerable families, what allows that a low percentage of children minors works in domestic activities and of service. Finally most of the vulnerable families of the city of Catacocha affirm that Municipal GAD of Avocados should create a school to assist to students of families of economic low resources, discapacitados and Educational Special Necessities. |
