| Resumen : | El tema: “LA FALTA DE CAPACITACIÓN DOCENTE Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL PROCESO ENSEÑANZA APRENDIZAJE DE LOS NIÑOS HIPERACTIVOS DE 5TO Y 6TO GRADO DE SUBNIVEL BÁSICA MEDIA DE LA ESCUELA DRA. MATILDE HIDALGO DE PROCEL Nº1 DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA PERIODO LECTIVO 2013- 2014”. Constituye una de las problemáticas actuales de mayor incidencia en la práctica educativa en el nivel de Educación General Básica, está orientado a: Determinar los niveles de asociación o incidencia existente entre la falta de capacitación docente y el respectivo proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, que se cumple con las niñas y niños hiperactivos de 5to y 6to grado de subnivel básica media de la Escuela Dra. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel Nº 1. Los métodos utilizados fueron el método científico, analítico, inductivo, descriptivo, los instrumentos que se aplicaron son el test, la encuesta la cual se aplicó a los maestros, padres de familia y niños de quinto y sexto grado. La población y muestra que participó en este proceso investigativo estuvo conformada por nueve alumnos con problemas de hiperactividad, ocho maestros y nueve padres de familia conformando un total de 26 personas encuestadas, las mismas que con la tabulación y desarrollo estadístico se concluyó que: Los docentes no han recibido ningún curso de capacitación docente sobre hiperactividad lo que incide negativamente en el proceso enseñanza - aprendizaje de los niños y niñas hiperactivos ante esta conclusión se recomienda que; los directivos de la escuela realicen gestiones ante el Ministerio de Educación para que se tome en cuenta las particularidades de este grupo de niños/as y se dicten cursos, seminarios o talleres sobre hiperactividad esto permitirá que los educadores puedan con llevar este problema con mayor facilidad y así los estudiantes se sentirán comprendidos en el proceso educativo. |

MATILDE HIDALGO OF PROCEL #1 OF THE CITY OF LOJA PERIOD OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013- 2014”. Is one of the current problems with the greatest impact on the educational practice in the level of Basic General Education, is oriented to: Determine the levels of partnership or existing incident between the lack of teacher training, and the respective teaching-learning process, that they meet with the girls and boys hyperactive of 5th and 6th grade average basic sub layer of the School Dr. Matilde Hidalgo of Procel No. 1, The methods used were the scientific method, analytical, inductive, descriptive, instruments that are applied are the test, the survey, which was applied to the teachers, parents and children in fifth and sixth grade, The population and shows that participated in this research process was composed of nine students with problems of hyperactivity, eight teachers and nine parents making a total of 26 people surveyed, the same as with the tabulation and statistical development it was concluded that: the teachers have not conducted teacher training courses on hyperactivity this has a negative effect on the process of teaching - learning of the children/as hyperactive before this conclusion it is recommended that; the executives of the school made representations to the Ministry of Education to take into account the particularities of this group of children/as and dictate courses, Seminars or workshops on hyperactivity this will enable educators to lead with this problem more easily and thus students will feel included in the educational process. |
