| Resumen : | El trabajo de tesis titulado “AUDITORÍA DE GESTIÓN A LA DIRECCIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO MUNICIPAL DE CATAMAYO, PERIODO 2017”, se lo efectuó con el propósito de aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera universitaria y de esta forma cumplir con el trabajo de tesis, la misma que esta orientada a la ejecución de una auditoría de gestión que permita conocer y evaluar el sistema de control interno de la Dirección Administrativa, el cumplimiento de la Constitución, Leyes, Normas, Reglamentos y Resoluciones, así como la gestión en las actividades desempeñadas. Para el desarrollo de la auditoría de gestión se aplicaron diferentes métodos los cuales permitieron desarrollar las cinco fases de la auditoría de gestión, iniciando con la visita previa al GAD y posterior la evaluación del control interno con lo cual se pudo conocer el nivel de confianza y riesgo que existe en cada uno de los componentes auditados, también se pudo recopilar información que será empleada como evidencia y respaldará cada uno de los hallazgos encontrados. Consecuentemente se aplicaron indicadores de gestión que permitieron evaluar las coordinaciones en el marco de la eficiencia, eficacia y 3 economía; logrando así, con el desarrollo de todos estos procedimientos obtener un análisis de la situación en la que se encuentra la Dirección Administrativa del GAD Municipal de Catamayo. Una vez concluida la auditoría de gestión se procedió a emitir el informe final en el que constan los resultados generales y específicos por cada uno de los componentes auditados, mismos que serán puestos a consideración de la máxima autoridad para la toma de medidas correctivas frente a las situaciones encontradas que permitirán fortalecer la gestión y por ende el logro de sus metas y objetivos. |
| Descripción : | The thesis work entitled “MANAGEMENT AUDIT TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE ADDRESS OF THE AUTONOMOUS DECENTRALIZED MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF CATAMAYO, PERIOD 2017”, was carried out with the purpose of applying the knowledge acquired during the university career and in this way fulfill the thesis work , the same that is oriented to the execution of a management audit that allows to know and evaluate the internal control system of the Administrative Directorate, compliance with the Constitution, Laws, Norms, Regulations and Resolutions, as well as the management in the activities performed. For the development of the management audit, different methods were applied which allowed the five phases of the management audit to be developed, starting with the previous visit to the GAD and after the evaluation of the internal control with which the level of confidence and risk that exists in each of the audited components, it was also possible to collect information that will be used as evidence and will support each of the findings found. Consequently, management indicators were applied that allowed evaluating the coordination within the framework of efficiency, effectiveness and economy; thus achieving, with the development of all these procedures, 5 obtaining an analysis of the situation in which the Administrative Directorate of the Municipal GAD of Catamayo is located. Once the management audit was completed, the final report was issued, which includes the general and specific results for each of the audited components, which will be put to the consideration of the highest authority for taking corrective measures against encountered situations that will strengthen the management and therefore the achievement of its goals and objectives. |
