| Resumen : | La presente investigación titulada “DIAGNÓSTICO DE LA VULNERABILIDAD SOCIAL QUE ATRAVIESAN LOS MIGRANTES TEMPORALES VENEZOLANOS EN LA ZONA CÉNTRICA DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA”, Permitió conocer las condiciones de vulnerabilidad que se encuentran los migrantes venezolanos en las calles céntricas de la ciudad de Loja las mismas que tiene mayor afluencia de esta población objeto de estudio. Para lo cual se trabajó con la siguiente metodología, observación directa, esta permitió observar la realidad en la que realizan sus actividades cotidianas los migrantes mediante una ficha técnica, método (SAS2), técnica del arcoíris, permitió determinar cuáles son los actores sociales pueden contribuir en dar solución a la problemática, la misma que se la realizo con un grupo de migrantes, entrevista, esta técnica contribuyo para conocer que planes, programas , proyectos se han ejecutado por parte de las instituciones tanto publicas y privadas para dar solución a esta problemática . De la misma manera se determinó como propósitos: - El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito describir el marco teórico referencial que permite entender y explicar las causas y efectos que surgen en torno a la problemática desempleo en ciudadanos migrantes venezolanos. - Desde la profesión de la administración pública describir las normas jurídicas que están -encargadas de regularizar y/o garantizar el derecho a un empleo digno para los migrantes venezolanos, y el papel que desempeñan las instituciones públicas a través de la implementación de políticas públicas, proyectos y programas orientados a dar solución a la problemática objeto de estudio. - El desarrollo de la presente investigación permite explicar los fenómenos que se dan entorno a la problemática del desempleo de los migrantes venezolanos en la zona céntrica de la ciudad de Loja situación que fue posible determinar a través de la observación directa y la aplicación de la metodología de Sistema de Análisis social versión 2 y la técnica del Arco Iris. Como conclusiones se determinó las siguientes 3 -Una vez desarrollada la investigación- acción se concluye que en la zona central de la ciudad de Loja se encuentran 51 migrantes venezolanos de los cuales 20 son mujeres y 31 hombres, cuya actividad que realizan se destacan mendicidad, venta de comida preparada confitería, ubicándose principalmente en semáforos y aceras. - Los fenómenos que se dan entorno a la problemática del desempleo de los migrantes venezolanos en la zona céntrica de la ciudad de Loja afecta al grupo familiar y de manera especial a la niñez migrante. - La investigación realizada mediante las técnicas antes analizadas han permitido identificar de una manera clara y precisa, la problemática que atraviesa esta población objeto de estudio Así mismo como alternativas de solución se plantearon las siguientes: realizaron las siguientes actividades las mismas que están enfocadas en concientizar a la población. Como primera alternativa de concientización se realizó una intervención en la Radio de la Universidad la misma que consistió en hacer conocer la problemática de investigación a la ciudadanía Lojana. A sí mismo como segunda alternativa se hizo una campaña en las principales calles de la localidad con la entrega de trípticos a los transeúntes. como tercera alternativa consistió en pegar afiches en las principales estafetas del centro de la ciudad como también se pegó en buses Urbanos que tienen afluencia de ciudadanos. como cuarta alternativa de solución se realizó un video para dar a conocer la situación actual que viven los Ciudadanos Venezolanos. | Descripción : | The following investigation research named “DIAGNOSE OF THE SOCIAL VULNERABILITY THAT VENEZUELAN MIGRANTS GO THROUGH IN THE CENTER CITY OF LOJA”. Allowed us to get to know the conditions of vulnerability that these Venezuelan migrants go through in the streets of Loja the same which have a high influence of this population as an object study. Therefore, we worked with the following methodology, direct observation, it is allowed to observe the reality in which their daily activities are performed with the use of a technique file, method (SAS2), rainbow technique, which allowed to determine the social actors that can contribute to give a solution to the problem, the same which was performed with a group of migrants, interview, this technique contributed to get familiar with the plans, projects that have been executed by public and private institutions to give a solution to the problem. Therefore, the following purposes were determined: - The following investigation has a purpose to determine the theatrical referential framework that allows to extend and explain the causes and effects that are brought up like the lack of job in Venezuelan migrants. - From the Public Management profession, the legal norms that are in charge of regularizing and/or guaranteeing the right to decent employment for Venezuelan migrants, and the role that public institutions play through the implementation of public politics, projects and programs guided to give solutions to the problem given. 5 - The development of the following investigation allows to explains the phenomes that are surrounded in this problematic due to the lack of job in Venezuelan migrants in the center city of Loja situation which was possible to determine through the direct observation and the application of Social Analysis System version 2 and the rainbow technique. The following conclusions were determined: - Once developed the investigation-action is concluding that the central part of Loja city 51 Venezuelan migrants are found the being 20 women and 31 men, which their activity is based on begging, selling food, sweets, being mainly placed in traffic lights and streets. - The phenomes that are given to this problematic is the lack of job for Venezuelan migrants in the center part of Loja city which affects to the familiar group specially children migrants. - The investigation performed through the techniques analyzed have allowed us to identify in a clear and precise manner, the problematic that this population are going through. Therefore, for alternatives of solution were given the following: the following activities were performed the same which are aimed to make the citizen aware on the problem. For the first alternative an intervention on the Radio of the University was performed the same that consisted on let others know about the problematic investigated to the citizen. Therefore, as a second alternative a campaign was made in the main streets of Loja by giving them a leaflet. As a third alternative posters were stuck in the main streets of the city center also in urban buses which also influence citizens. As a fourth solution alternative a video was performed to make others aware of the actual situation Venezuelan’s go through. |
