| Resumen : | El turismo en la parroquia “Limones” del cantón Zapotillo se ha incremento en los últimos años, sin embargo, son pocos los establecimientos destinados a la recreación y diversión tanto para turistas nacionales como extranjeros, lo que muestra un claro desaprovechamiento de la diversidad no solo natural si no gastronómica con la que cuenta la parroquia. Ante esto se ha planteado el presente trabajo investigativo, cuyo objetivo general fue determinar la factibilidad financiera y administrativa del Proyecto Turístico “San Diego” de la Asociación “Limones”, de la parroquia Limones, cantón Zapotillo, provincia de Loja, 2018-2027, mediante un estudio descriptivo, con el propósito de brindar servicios turísticos de calidad que contribuyan al desarrollo económico del lugar. Se utilizó dentro del método científico sus expresiones: inductivo y estadístico. Como técnicas se aplicaron: bibliográfica y la encuesta. Estas técnicas se hicieron viables con los siguientes instrumentos de recolección de datos: ficha bibliográfica y el cuestionario de la encuesta. La principal conclusión a la que se llegó fue que el proyecto es factible para su ejecución con un valor actual neto de $3.049,65, una tasa interna de retorno de 11,71% por encima del costo de oportunidad del capital o tasa de interés del 11%; una relación beneficio costo de 1,2 dólares. El periodo de recuperación de la inversión del proyecto será en 5 años, 9 meses y 4 días. Finalmente, el Análisis de Sensibilidad indica que el proyecto soporta un incremento en los costos del 9,25% y una disminución en los ingresos del 7%. |
| Descripción : | Tourism in the "Limones" parish of the canton Zapotillo has increased in recent years, however, there are few establishments for recreation and entertainment for both domestic and foreign tourists, which shows a clear waste of diversity not only natural if not gastronomic with which the parish counts. In view of this the present investigative work has been proposed, whose general objective was to determine the financial and administrative feasibility of the Tourist Project "San Diego" of the "Limones" Association, of the Limones parish, canton Zapotillo, province of Loja, 2018-2027, Through a descriptive study, with the purpose of providing quality tourist services that contribute to the economic development of the place. His expressions were used within the scientific method: inductive and statistical. The following techniques were applied: bibliography and the survey. These techniques were made viable with the following data collection instruments: bibliographic record and the survey questionnaire. The main conclusion reached was that the project is feasible for execution with a net present value of $ 3,049.65, an internal rate of return of 11.71% above the opportunity cost of the capital or interest rate of the eleven%; a cost benefit ratio of 1.2 dollars. The project's payback period will be 5 years, 9 months and 4 days. Finally, the Sensitivity Analysis indicates that the project supports an increase in costs of 9.25% and a decrease in revenues of 7%. |
