| Resumen : | El sector turístico en el Ecuador es un componente muy importante para la generación de ingresos, empleo y producción; ha permitido el crecimiento de sectores de alimentación, alojamiento, transporte, intermediación, entre otros. Razón por la cual es necesario planificar adecuadamente su desarrollo y la conservación de los recursos utilizados en el mismo, a través de la necesaria adopción de una visión de la actividad a largo plazo. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo general: Fortalecer turísticamente el Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial de la parroquia Quilanga, cantón Quilanga, provincia de Loja”, y para su cumplimiento se plantea tres objetivos específicos, el primer objetivo: realizar el diagnóstico del componente turístico de la parroquia Quilanga, cantón Quilanga, provincia de Loja; para el desarrollo de este objetivo se empleó técnicas como la observación directa, entrevista, matriz de diagnóstico turístico de Carla Ricaurte Quijano, fichas de inventario de atractivos turísticos del Ministerio de Turismo 2017, GPS el cual nos sirvió para determinar las coordenadas geográficas, también se hizo un taller participativo con la comunidad y finalmente se realizó la matriz FODA que fue esencial para determinar la situación actual de la parroquia Quilanga. El segundo objetivo: Elaborar una propuesta de desarrollo turístico para la parroquia Quilanga mediante la aplicación de una metodología participativa; para el desarrollo de este objetivo se tomó en consideración la matriz de estrategias de la cual se obtuvo 4 objetivos estratégicos: Diseñar un producto turístico, gestionar la planificación del turismo en el Gad, promoción y publicidad, y capacitaciones, se realizó un segundo taller participativo con la comunidad. Para el desarrollo del tercer objetivo: Proponer estrategias para la aplicación de la propuesta planteada para el desarrollo turístico de la parroquia Quilanga; para llevar a cabo este objetivo se planteó diferentes estrategias turísticas. Los resultados obtenidos del trabajo investigativo, son las siguientes propuestas; elaboración de una ruta turística; la cual pretende potenciar los atractivos naturales y culturales de la parroquia, la implementación de un centro de información turístico I-TUR que busca apoyar la gestión de turismo en la parroquia, el diseño de una guía turística basada en brindar información completa de los diferentes atractivos e infraestructura turística de la parroquia, realizada en dos idiomas y la realización de talleres participativos con la comunidad; además estas propuestas permitirán dar a conocer turísticamente la parroquia Quilanga, como también contribuirán que las personas generen una mayor conciencia turística y conozcan el valor intrínseco que poseen. |

The general objective of this research work is: To strengthen the Territorial Development and Planning Plan of the Quilanga parish, Quilanga canton, Loja province, "and for its fulfillment there are three specific objectives, the first objective: to carry out the diagnosis of the component tour of the Quilanga parish, Quilanga canton, province of Loja; for the development of this objective, techniques such as direct observation, interview, tourist diagnosis matrix of Carla Ricaurte Quijano, inventory tabs of tourist attractions of the Ministry of Tourism 2017, GPS were used, which helped us to determine the geographical coordinates, also He held a participatory workshop with the community and finally the SWOT matrix was made, which was essential to determine the current situation of the Quilanga parish. The second objective: To elaborate a tourism development proposal for the Quilanga parish through the application of a participatory methodology; for the development of this objective, the matrix of strategies was taken into account, from which four strategic objectives were obtained: Designing a tourism product, managing tourism planning in the Gad, promotion and publicity, and training, a second participatory workshop was held with the community For the development of the third objective: Propose strategies for the application of the proposed proposal for the tourist development of the Quilanga parish; To carry out this objective, different tourism strategies were proposed. The results obtained from the research work are the following proposals; preparation of a tourist route; which aims to enhance the natural and cultural attractions of the parish, the implementation of a tourist information center I-TUR that seeks to support the management of tourism in the parish, the design of a tourist guide based on providing complete information of the different attractions and touristic infrastructure of the parish, carried out in two languages and holding participatory workshops with the community; In addition, these proposals will make it possible to make the Quilanga parish known to tourists, as well as to help people generate a greater awareness of tourism and know the intrinsic value that they possess. |
