| Resumen : | En todos los delitos mencionados no existe como sanción la denominada muerte civil para quienes hayan infringido conductas atentatorias a la eficiencia de la administración pública, por lo que es necesario que además de la sanción privativa de la libertad y pecuniaria que se imponga, se establezca también la muerte civil del infractor y de los terceros que hayan participado en la comisión de tales delitos. Contiene referentes conceptuales y elementos doctrinarios que permiten la comprensión de la problemática jurídica y como resultado de este proceso indagatorio, me permitió fomentar como propuesta jurídica. |
| Descripción : | This thesis is the final report of the investigation process, motivated by "In the Comprehensive Criminal Code in the fifth chapter on crimes against public responsibility, precisely in the third section on crimes against the efficiency of public administration include crimes of: embezzlement, illicit enrichment, bribery, concussion, offer to perform influence peddling.
