| Resumen : | La presente investigación denominada “EL ACOSO ESCOLAR Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LAS RELACIONES SOCIALES DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA ESCUELA “MIGUEL RIOFRÍO” DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA”, responde a la problemática diagnosticada en la institución mediante la aplicación de métodos y técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas dirigidas a estudiantes, docentes, padres y madres de familia del décimo año paralelo “A”, con el objetivo de identificar las causas que generan este fenómeno social y cómo influye en las relaciones de los/as estudiantes, según los resultados obtenidos se elaboró un plan de acción social encaminado a la prevención del acoso escolar y el mejoramiento de las relaciones sociales, de este modo se dio cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en la investigación. Los principales hallazgos obtenidos en la investigación demuestran que el acoso que más se presenta es el verbal seguido de psicológico y físico, que influyen de manera directa en las relaciones sociales de los/las estudiantes, ya que el maltrato al que están expuestos genera efectos negativos en la victima como timidez, problemas al relacionarse con los demás, bajas calificaciones, fracaso escolar, desobediencia a docentes, padres y madres de familia, mismos que afectan el desarrollo personal y social del educando. Asimismo la mala relación, la escasa comunicación y la ausencia de padres y madres en el hogar, ya sea por motivos de separación o porque viven en otro país, incide de forma negativa y rebelde en el comportamiento de los estudiantes del centro educativo con sus compañeros y docentes. 3 La intervención del Trabajador Social es primordial ante la problemática de acoso escolar, por lo que se generó un plan de acción social enmarcado en la prevención y el fortalecimiento de las relaciones, para disminuir dicha problemática y por ende el bienestar integral de los estudiantes. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation called "THE SCHOOL HARASSMENT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE SOCIAL RELATIONS OF THE STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL" MIGUEL RIOFRÍO "OF THE CITY OF LOJA", responds to the problems diagnosed in the institution through the application of qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques directed to students, teachers, parents and mothers of the tenth parallel year "A", with the objective of identifying the causes that generate this social phenomenon and how it influences the relations of the students, according to the results obtained, a social action plan aimed at the prevention of school bullying and the improvement of social relations, thus meeting the objectives set out in the research. The main findings obtained in the research show that the most frequent harassment is verbal followed by psychological and physical harassment, which directly influence the students' social relationships, since the mistreatment to which they are exposed generates negative effects in the victim as shyness, problems in relating to others, low grades, school failure, disobedience to teachers, parents and mothers of family, which affect the personal and social development of the student. Also the bad relationship, poor communication and the absence of fathers and mothers in the home, either for reasons of separation or because they live in another country, affects in a negative and rebellious way in the behavior of students of the educational center with their peers and teachers. |
