| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo, se desarrolló con la finalidad de dar a conocer la situación económica y financiera de la empresa, permitiendo a la propietaria tomar decisiones adecuadas en beneficio de la misma. Está enmarcado dentro de los parámetros establecidos en el correspondiente Reglamento Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, previo a la obtención del Grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Los objetivos planteados al implementar la Contabilidad en el negocio, se llegaron a cumplir satisfactoriamente, mediante la organización de la documentación se estructuró el Plan y Manual de Cuentas, la aplicación de la Contabilidad por el Sistema de Inventario Permanente permitió conocer el stock de mercaderías para con la ayuda de los Documentos Fuente elaborar el Inventario Inicial y con ello el Estado de Situación Inicial, luego la jornalización en el Libro Diario, el Libro Mayor para con sus saldos construir el Balance de Comprobación y la Hoja de Trabajo, finalmente se obtuvieron los Estados Financieros razonables, oportunos y eficientes. Una vez concluida la ejecución del trabajo de campo en la ferretería se concluye con la implantación de un sistema contable para la FERRETERÍA “MALDONADO PACHECO LOURDES MARÍA”, del Cantón El Chaco, cuyos resultados se reflejaron en la obtención de Estados Financieros que permitirá a su propietaria tomar decisiones acertadas; por consiguiente se recomienda continuar con la implantación de la Contabilid |
| Descripción : | The present investigative work, was developed with the purpose of making known the economic and financial situation of the company, allowing the owner to make appropriate decisions for the benefit of it. It is framed within the parameters established in the corresponding Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja, prior to obtaining the Degree in Accounting and Auditing. The objectives established when implementing the Accounting in the business, were satisfactorily achieved, through the organization of the documentation the Plan and Accounts Manual was structured, the application of the Accounting by the Permanent Inventory System allowed to know the stock of merchandise for With the help of the Source Documents, prepare the Initial Inventory and with it the Initial Situation Statement, then the journal in the Daily Book, the General Ledger to build the Balance Check and the Worksheet, finally the Reasonable, timely and efficient financial statements. Once the execution of the fieldwork in the hardware store is concluded, the implementation of an accounting system for the "MALDONADO PACHECO LOURDES MARÍA" FERRETERÍA, of the Canton El Chaco, whose results were reflected in obtaining Financial Statements that will allow its owner to make sound decisions; therefore, it is recommended to continue with the implementation of Accounting. |
