| Resumen : | Las ciencias de las relaciones humanas y la verdadera educación consiste, en preparar y formar a la persona para lograr cada vez un mayor grado de madurez emocional y control de sí mismo, puesto que, el único medio para que puede tener las capacidades requeridas para adaptarse libre y espontáneamente a la vida, es un buen vivir familiar”. El buen vivir es un estado de convivencia armónica donde se hace necesario el respeto de los derechos humanos entre ellos: Auspiciar la igualdad, la cohesión y la integración social y familiar en el cual prime una buena comunicación, mejorar las capacidades y potencialidades de la ciudadanía y familia, garantizar el trabajo estable, justo y digno, garantizar el acceso a la participación pública y política y establecer un sistema económico, solidario y sostenible. Por ello la violencia intrafamiliar, fragmenta definitivamente el esquema del buen vivir, ya que se considera como toda acción u omisión que consista en maltrato físico, psicológico o sexual, ejecutado por algún miembro de la familia; que pone en riesgo la salud mental de sus integrantes. Nuestra investigación se basó en los siguientes objetivos: “Contribuir a disminuir la violencia intrafamiliar en las familias del Barrio Motupe “Sustentar teóricamente la violencia intrafamiliar y el buen vivir” “y “plantear un proyecto que permita mejorar las relaciones familiares de las familias afectadas” Así , ante la necesidad de determinar “Como la violencia intrafamiliar limita en el buen vivir de las familias del Barrio Motupe de la ciudad de Loja”, se inició con un estudio consecutivo de los factores sociales de las familias y basándonos en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2009-2013, que propone como objetivo fundamental, la garantía de derechos a cada persona; así titulado el presente trabajo investigativo “FACTORES QUE INFLUYEN EN EL BUEN VIVIR DE LAS FAMILIAS DEL BARRIO MOTUPE DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA”, el cual se realizó a través de una investigación bibliográfica sustentada por un marco legal y teórico. Además, el uso de la investigación científica amparada en los métodos inductivo, deductivo, descriptivo y analítico; que reforzada con la investigación de campo, en donde se aplicó encuestas y entrevistas tanto a madres de familia como a niños y niñas que han sufrido algún tipo de violencia intrafamiliar, que permitió obtener como resultados los siguientes: A pesar de las buenas relaciones aparentemente existentes en el hogar, éstas esconden la presencia de violencia intrafamiliar, en la cual el agresor es el padre de familia y las víctimas son la esposa e hijos. La mayor parte de hogares están legalmente constituidos, es decir bajo la figura jurídica del matrimonio, en donde el hombre es el jefe de hogar y la mujer se dedica al hogar, esto debido a que la mayoría no han culminado sus estudios y tan solo han llegado a la primaria y en algunos casos hasta la secundaria; lo cual significa que son completamente dependientes económicamente de sus esposos, factor que se ha constituido en el determinante para que algunas mujeres mantengan en silencio la violencia a la que son sometidas. No así, aquellas mujeres que han tomado la iniciativa de acudir a denunciar en la Comisaría de la Mujer y la Familia y en la Policía Nacional los diferentes actos de abuso en contra de ellas y de sus hijos. Los hijos por su parte, son conscientes que en el hogar hay violencia doméstica, ya que son quienes a menudo presencian las discusiones, los insultos y golpes y que en ocasiones hasta creen tener la culpa por no rendir adecuadamente en sus estudios. En sí el núcleo familiar, está consciente de que la violencia intrafamiliar ha influido en el buen vivir y por ende no les ha permitido vivir en un ambiente estable y armonioso, en donde la capacitación desde el hogar es fundamental para afianzar los lazos afectivos. Es por ello, que nuestra propuesta se basa principalmente en trabajar con las familias del Barrio Motupe que han sido víctimas de violencia doméstica, con la finalidad de mejorar las relaciones familiares para y su estilo de vida. |
| Descripción : | The sciences of the human relations and the true education consists, in to prepare and to form the person to achieve every time a bigger grade of emotional maturity and control of itself, since, the only means so that he/she can have the required capacities to adapt he/she liberates and spontaneously to the life, it is a good one to live family.” The good one to live is a state of harmonic coexistence where it becomes necessary the respect of the human rights among them: to Favor the equality, the cohesion and the social and family integration in which a good communication prevails, to improve the capacities and potentialities of the citizenship and family, to guarantee the stable, fair and worthy work, to guarantee the access to the public participation and politics and to establish an economic, solidary and sustainable system. In and of itself the violence intrafamiliar, breaks into fragments the outline of the good one definitively to live, since it is considered as all act or default that consists on physical, psychological or sexual abuse, executed by some member of the family; that puts in risk the mental health of its members. Our investigation was based on the following objectives: “to Contribute to diminish the violence intrafamiliar in the families of the Neighborhood Motupe to Sustain the violence intrafamiliar and the good one theoretically to live and to outline a project that it allows to improve the family relationships of the affected families This way, in the face of the necessity of determining As the violence intrafamiliar it limits in the good one to live off the families of the Neighborhood Motupe of the city of Loja”, he/she began with a serial study of the social factors of the families and basing us on the National Plan of the Good one to Live 2009-2013 that it proposes as fundamental objective, the guarantee of rights to each person; this way titled the present investigative work “FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE IN THE GOOD one to LIVE OFF THE FAMILIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD MOTUPE OF THE CITY DE LOJA”, which was carried out through a bibliographical investigation sustained by a regulatory scheme and theoretical. Also, the use of the scientific investigation aided in the inductive, deductive, descriptive and analytic methods; that reinforced with the field investigation where was applied surveys and interviews so much to family mothers as to children and girls that have suffered some type of violence intrafamiliar that allowed to obtain as results the following ones: In spite of the good seemingly existent relationships in the home, these hide the presence of violence intrafamiliar, in which the aggressor is the family father and the victims are the wife and children. Most of homes is legally incorporated, that is to say under the artificial figure of the marriage where the man is the home boss and the woman is devoted to the home, this because most has not culminated her studies and so alone they have arrived to the primary one and in some cases until the secondary; that which means that they are totally dependent economically of her husbands, factor that has been constituted in the determinant so that some women maintain in silence the violence to which you/they are subjected. I didn't seize, those women that have taken the initiative of going to denounce in the Woman's Police station and the Family and in the National Police the different acts of abuse against them and of their children. The children on the other hand, are conscious that in the home there is domestic violence, since they are who often witness the discussions, the insults and blows and that in occasions until they believe to have the blame for not surrendering appropriately in their studies. In yes the family nucleus, is aware that the violence intrafamiliar has influenced in the good one to live and for ende it has not allowed them to live in a stable and harmonious atmosphere where the training from the home is fundamental to secure the affective knots. It is in and of itself that our proposal is based mainly in working with the families of the Neighborhood Motupe that have been victims of domestic violence, with the purpose of improving the family relationships for and its lifestyle. |
