| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación permitió implementar un sistema contable en la empresa de servicio SUPERCABLEFILS CÍA. LTDA., DEL CANTÓN MACARÁ, PROVINCIA DE LOJA y con eso se contribuyó al mejoramiento Económico-Financiero de la entidad; así como también, dar cumplimiento al requisito previo a la obtención del grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público-Auditor de acuerdo al Reglamento de Régimen Académico de la Universidad. Se dio cumplimiento a todos los objetivos planteados en lo que se refiere a la elaboración del Plan y Manual de Cuentas, el diseño de los registros contables, elaboración de un Inventario Inicial, sistematización y organización de la documentación fuente para la elaboración del Libro Diario, Mayor General y auxiliares constituyéndose en instrumentos válidos para la ejecución del proceso contable hasta la presentación de los Estados Financieros, los mismos que reflejaron la real situación económica-financiera de la empresa. Al finalizar la presente investigación se menciona las principales conclusiones y recomendaciones, las que hacen referencia a la importancia de continuar con la aplicación del proceso contable correspondiente a la actividad que realiza la empresa, para que de esta manera obtenga siempre información real, veraz y oportuna para la debida toma de decisiones, así mismo mantener el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias que determina la Ley para este tipo de empresas. |
| Descripción : | This research work allowed the implementation of an accounting system in the service company SUPERCABLEFILS CÍA. LTDA., CANTÓN MACARÁ, LOJA PROVINCE and with that contributed to the economicfinancial improvement of the entity; As well as, fulfill the prerequisite to obtaining the title of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, Public Accountant-Auditor in accordance with the Regulations of Academic Regime of the University. All the objectives were fulfilled in regard to the preparation of the Plan and Manual of Accounts, the design of accounting records, preparation of an Initial Inventory, systematization and organization of the source documentation for the preparation of the journal, General and auxiliaries, becoming valid instruments for the execution of the accounting process until the presentation of the financial statements, which reflected the actual economic and financial situation of the company. At the end of the present investigation, the main conclusions and recommendations are mentioned, which refer to the importance of continuing with the application of the accounting process corresponding to the activity carried out by the company, so that it always obtains real, Timely for proper decision-making, as well as maintaining compliance with the tax obligations established by the Law for this type of company. |
