| Resumen : | El presente estudio titulado “DIAGNÓSTICO COMUNITARIO DE SALUD DEL BARRIO SOLAMAR ALTO, SEPTIEMBRE - DICIEMBRE DE 2013”, está enmarcado en el macro-proyecto titulado ENFERMERÍA EN LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DE SALUD - MAIS HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE MOTUPE SEPTIEMBRE-DICIEMBRE DEL 2013, que busca contribuir con el desarrollo social de la localidad, aportando con datos estadísticos; los mismos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud del Hospital Universitario de Motupe, elaborar estrategias para el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de la salud de las personas, familias y comunidades, desde un enfoque biopsicosocial, multidisciplinario e intercultural. Este estudio es de tipo descriptivo ya que se detalla hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de la información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP a la cual se le sumo una cartilla contenedora de información necesaria, siendo anexado todo esto para su respectivo análisis y por ende obtener los resultados propios del barrio. El Barrio Solamar Alto está distribuido de 33 familias y 127 habitantes. El grupo de edad de 20 a 64 años conjuntamente con el sexo masculino predomina en la población. Su educación se mantiene en un nivel básico. La ocupación de los habitantes se basa en la agricultura y quehaceres domésticos. En las 33 familias existe consumo de agua insegura, mala eliminación de basura y excretas, pobreza y por ende malas condiciones de la vivienda, desempleo o empleo informal del jefe de familia y hacinamiento. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico, la Hipertensión es la patología crónico-degenerativa prevalente en la población seguido de la Diabetes y también se identificó una persona con discapacidad visual y otra con discapacidad física. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. Palabras Claves: Diagnóstico comunitario de salud del Barrio “Solamar Alto” y sus resultados. |
| Descripción : | The present study titled "COMMUNITY DIAGNOSIS OF HEALTH DISTRICT SOLAMAR ALTO, SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER 2013" is framed in the macro-project entitled NURSING PARTICIPATION MODEL OF COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE - MAIS HOSPITAL UNIVERSITY MOTUPE SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER OF 2013, which seeks to contribute to the social development of the town, bringing with statistical data that will enable them to basic health teams Motupe University Hospital, develop strategies for maintaining and improving the health of individuals, families and communities, from a biopsychosocial, multidisciplinary and intercultural approach. This study is descriptive as facts and characteristics related to population and environment is detailed, the instrument for data collection was the family record compiled by the MSP to which I add a container primer necessary information all this being annexed for examination and thus obtain the district's own results. The Quarter is distributed Solamar Alto 33 families and 127 inhabitants. The age group 20 to 64 years together with the dominant male in the population. His education is maintained at a basic level. The occupation of the inhabitants is based on agriculture and household chores. In 33 families there consumption of unsafe water, poor sewage and garbage disposal, and hence poverty poor housing conditions, unemployment or informal employment of the household head and overcrowding. Regarding the epidemiological profile Hypertension is the chronic degenerative prevalent in the population followed Diabetes pathology and a person with visual disabilities are also identified and over with physical disabilities.
