| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis titulado “Implementación del servicio municipal de estacionamiento tarifado en la ciudad de Zamora (SMET-Z) y su impacto en la movilidad urbana: periodo de estudio mayo-agosto 2016”, tiene como propósito analizar la problemática existente en la movilidad de la ciudad de Zamora a partir de la implementación del SMETZ. La importancia que tiene el estudio de la implementación del servicio municipal de estacionamiento tarifado de la ciudad de Zamora, radica en el derecho a utilizar la vía pública, en el centro y la feria libre a través de una forma organizada y ordenada, evitando aglomeración y facilitando el acceso a un espacio para estacionarse a todos quienes transitan estas zonas. Al realizar dicho trabajo de estudio, se busca conocer el impacto que este servicio generó en la movilidad urbana, para que de esta manera los encargados conozcan los efectos y analicen su aporte desde su implementación y a su vez evidenciar en qué medida se han cumplido los objetivos planteados por la institución; todo esto con la finalidad de lograr que la institución preste un mejor servicio el cual contribuya efectivamente con la movilidad urbana en la colectividad. Finalmente se determina que el servicio de estacionamiento ha tenido como resultado un impacto positivo en la movilidad urbana, factor clave que permite el buen desplazamiento de los vehículos, brinda el derecho a utilizar la vía pública de forma organizada y ordenada además de generar una oferta permanente y continua de espacios libres para estacionarse. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis entitled "Implementation of the Municipal Service of Tariff Parking in the City of Zamora (SMET-Z) and its Impact on Urban Mobility: study period May-August 2016", aims to analyze the existing problems in the Mobility of the city of Zamora from the implementation of SMETZ.
