| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de tesis se basa en la investigación para determinar la factibilidad de crear una empresa productora y comercializadora de botellas de plástico a base de material reciclable para embotellar agua, en la provincia de Loja. La investigación comienza con en el estudio de mercado en donde se determinó los resultados de la aceptación de las botellas de plástico a base de material reciclable para embotellar agua mediante la encuesta aplicada, y la investigación de datos históricos relacionados con el producto, así como la cantidad de producto que el consumidor está dispuesto a adquirir a un precio accesible y el plan de marketing a establecerse en caso de ponerse en marcha el proyecto En el estudio de mercado realizado en la provincia de Loja, con una muestra de 6 empresas que envasan agua y 2 distribuidoras de envases para envasar agua comercializadoras; tabuladas las encuestas se han analizado y se han inferido los resultados para luego realizar el análisis del mercado, determinando la Demanda Potencial de 1.560.024 envases de plástico, la Demanda Real 1.294.820 envases de plástico, Demanda Efectiva de 1.035.856 envases de plástico para envasar agua, La Oferta de 480.006 envases de plástico y la Demanda Insatisfecha de 555.850 envases de plástico para envasar agua, el cual permitió determinar que el proyecto puede y debe ejecutarse, por los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de la demanda, la oferta y niveles de comercialización de este producto. 3 La Capacidad instalada del proyecto determina que la empresa estará en capacidad de producir 503.120 envases de plástico para envasar agua y cuya capacidad utilizada será de 402.496 envases de plástico, además se determina la localización de la misma que estará ubicada en la ciudad de Loja, en las calles Av. Jaime Roldós y Salvador Bustamante Celi. El proceso productivo demanda la utilización de máquinas y equipos adecuados, lo que será garantía para obtener un producto de calidad y a precios moderados. Seguidamente se desarrolla la ingeniería del proyecto determinando los diagramas de procesos, las características de operatividad y gestión, requerimientos técnicos como equipos, instalaciones, muebles y enseres. Así mismo se realizó un estudio administrativo determinándose como una Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada, y con la estructura orgánica funcional a los niveles jerárquicos tanto Legislativo, Ejecutivo, Nivel Asesor, Nivel Auxiliar de Apoyo, Nivel Operativo, así como los manuales de funciones, organigramas; que sirvieron de pauta para implementar una buena organización, ya que se contará con el siguiente personal: Gerente, una Secretaria, un Conserje-Guardián, una Contadora quienes serán parte del personal Administrativo, y el personal operativo distribuido de la siguiente manera: un Jefe de producción, un Jefe de Ventas, Dos Obreros, y un vendedor. 4 El proyecto alcanza una inversión de 54.291,15 dólares y se financiará con un aporte de los socios el 31,05% del total de la inversión que corresponde a 24.291,15 dólares y un préstamo que mantendrá el proyecto con el Banco de Loja constituirá el 68,95% que corresponde a 37.000,00 dólares a 5 años plazo al 15% de interés anual. La evaluación financiera presenta los siguientes resultados: De acuerdo al VAN del presente proyecto nos da un valor positivo de 26.237,52 dólares, lo que indica que el proyecto o inversión es conveniente. Para el presente proyecto la TIR es 33,76%, siendo este valor satisfactorio para realizar el proyecto, el tiempo que se requeriría para recuperar la inversión original sería 2 años, 1 mes y 5 días, para el presente proyecto, los valores de sensibilidad son menores que uno, por lo tanto no afectan al proyecto los cambios en los costos incrementados en un 19,88% y disminuidos los ingresos en un 13,25%, es decir el proyecto no es sensible a estos cambios. Posteriormente se plantea las conclusiones y recomendaciones más significativas del proyecto. |
