| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de tesis denominado “PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA PRODUCTORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA DE CERÁMICA DECORATIVA EN BISCUIT, EN EL CANTÓN SHUSHUFINDI, DE LA PROVINCIA DE SUCUMBÍOS PARA EL AÑO 2015”, fue realizado con la finalidad de dar a conocer las maravillas artesanales que se puede encontrar en el cantón y además fomentar e incentivar a los gremios artesanales. Para realizar este proyecto se utilizó varios métodos como el estadístico, deductivo, inductivo, deductivo, analítico y técnicas como la observación directa y la encuesta los mismos que me permitieron recolectar la información relevante para el presente proyecto de tesis. Pudiendo así realizar el estudio de mercado en el que básicamente aplicamos la encuesta a 379 personas económicamente activas en la ciudad de Shushufindi, y para el estudio de la oferta se encuestó a los 10 oferentes que existen en la localidad, información de suma importancia el desarrollo de la información de mercado. En el estudio de mercado se determinó que el 77% de la población que habita en el cantón está dispuesta a comprar adornos decorativos, pudiendo determinar que para el primer año existe una demanda efectiva de 171.074 adornos, en cuanto a la capacidad instalada de 46.080 adornos de cerámica en biscuit y frente a la demanda insatisfecha de 160.514 adornos, lograremos abarcar el 28,7% de este segmento de mercado. También se pudo determinar la macro y micro localización de la empresa, considerando los factores como: facilidad de acceso para los consumidores, facilidad de transporte, servicios básicos, infraestructura, entre otros, determinado así que la ubicación más favorable será la provincia de Sucumbíos, Cantón Shushufindi. En el estudio organizacional determinamos la constitución de la empresa, la misma que tendrá como razón social Los Sueños de Jhoy´s y será de Responsabilidad Limitada, la misma que contará con el siguiente personal de trabajo: en la parte administrativa será un Gerente, una Secretaria - Contadora, un Vendedor y 3 Obreros los mismos que constarán en el organigrama estructural y funcional, recibiendo además el Manual de Funciones. En el estudio financiero se analizó las inversiones tanto de Activos Fijos, Diferidos y Capital de Trabajo lo cual nos permitió determinar que la implementación de la empresa es aconsejable. Pues la inversión total para este proyecto será de $ 271.150,90, el mismo que será financiado en un 62,93% por los socios y el 37,07% restante será cubierto con préstamo en el Banco Nacional de fomento con una tasa efectiva del 10%, a un plazo de 4 años en cuotas semestrales. El costo de producción de cada adorno de cerámica decorativa en biscuit será de $4,77, cantidad a cual se le incrementa una utilidad del 25% dando como precio de venta $5,97. Para el primer año de operación se considera que la empresa tendrá un ingreso de $ 247.384,10 y en la finalización del proyecto esta cifra asciende a $ 339.769,62. La Evaluación económica nos dio un VAN favorable de $ 47.759,86 una TIR superior al costo del capital de 11,19%, un Beneficio-Costo de 0.25 centavos por cada dólar invertido. La Inversión se recuperará en 5 años, 5 meses, 8 días y finalmente el análisis de sensibilidad indica que el proyecto soporta un incremento de los costos de hasta el 5% y una disminución en sus ingresos de hasta el 4%. El análisis realizado en el desarrollo de cada una de las fases del proyecto de factibilidad permitió llegar a la conclusión general de que si es factible la creación e implementación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de cerámica decorativa en biscuit, en el cantón Shushufindi. En base a los resultados encontrados, se recomienda poner en marcha el proyecto ya que dará una importante rentabilidad para sus inversionistas y genera desarrollo productivo en la ciudad de Shushufindi, contribuyendo al desarrollo socioeconómico del sector. |
| Descripción : | This thesis project called "DRAFT FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PRODUCER AND MARKETER OF DECORATIVE CERAMICS IN BISCUIT, IN CANTON SHUSHUFINDI, SUCUMBÍOS PROVINCE FOR THE YEAR 2015", was carried out with the purpose to make known the wonders of craftsmanship that can be found in the canton and further promote and encourage the crafts guilds. To make this project was used several methods such as the statistician, deductive, inductive, deductive and analytical techniques such as the direct observation and the survey the same that allowed me to collect the information relevant for the present thesis project. Thus being able to carry out the study of the market in which basically we apply the survey to 379 economically active persons in the city of Shushufindi, and for the study of the offer are surveyed 10 bidders that exist in the locality, information of the utmost importance to the development of the market information. In the market study found that 77 per cent of the population living in the canton is prepared to buy decorative ornaments, being able to determine that for the first year there is an effective demand for 171.074 adornments, in terms of the installed capacity of 46.080 ceramic ornaments in biscuit and in front of the unmet demand for 160.514 ornaments, we will cover 28.7 per cent of this segment of the market. It was also possible to determine the macro and micro location of the company, considering factors such as: ease of access for consumers, ease of transport, basic services, infrastructure, among others, determined so the more favorable location will be the province of Sucumbíos, Canton Shushufindi. In the organizational study we determined the constitution of the company, the same that will have as social reason the dreams of Jhoy's and will be of limited liability, the same that will have the following staff of work: the administrative part will be a manager, a Secretary - a Seller Counter, and 3 workers the same that shall be included in the structural and functional organization chart, receiving in addition to the Manual of functions. In the financial study analyzed the investment from both fixed assets, deferred and Working Capital which allowed us to determine that the implementation of the company is advisable. Since the total investment for this project will be $ 271.150,90, the same that will be financed by 62.92% by the partners and the remaining 37,07% will be covered with loan in the national development bank with an effective rate of 10%, for a term of 4 years in semiannual installments. The cost of production for each of the adornment of decorative ceramics in biscuit will be $4,77, amount to which it increases a utility from 25% giving as Sale Price $5,97. For the first year of operation it is considered that the company will have an income of $ 247.384,10 and in the completion of the project this figure amounts to $ 339.769,62. The economic evaluation gave us a van favorable $ 47.759,86 a TIR higher than the capital cost of 11.19%, a Benef-Cost of 0.25 cents for every dollar invested. The investment will be recovered in 5 years, 5 Months, 8 day and finally the sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports an increase in the cost of up to 5% and a decline in their income of up to 4%. The analysis carried out in the development of each one of the phases of the project of feasibility led to the general conclusion that if it is feasible the creation and implementation of a producer and marketer of decorative ceramics in biscuit, in canton Shushufindi. Based on the results found, it is recommended to put the project in motion as it will provide an important profitability for its investors and generates productive development in the city of Shushufindi, contributing to the socio-economic development of the sector. |
