| Resumen : | La presente Tesis de investigación titulada: IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN “KCENTRO”, DEL CANTON PIÑAS, PERIODO NOVIEMBRE – DICIEMBRE DEL 2015, fue realizada con la finalidad de atender a la demanda de la información por los diferentes organismos competentes así como a los cambios económicos existentes en el entorno competitivo; al suministrar medios de control y nuevos conceptos financieros con orientaciones de tipo contable hacia la obtención de los estados financieros, basados en la normativa contable vigente. Los objetivos planteados en la empresa, se llegaron a cumplir satisfactoriamente, la aplicación de la contabilidad por el Sistema de Inventario Permanente permitió conocer el stock de mercaderías y obtener Estados Financieros razonables; además mediante la organización de la documentación se estructuró el Plan y Manual de Cuentas; se pudo desarrollar el proceso contable para finalmente realizar los asientos contables hasta generar estados financieros oportunos y eficientes. Una vez concluida la ejecución del trabajo de campo en la empresa se concluye con la implementación de un sistema contable para KCENTRO, del cantón Piñas, cuyos resultados se reflejaron en la obtención de Estados Financieros que permitirá a su propietario tomar decisiones acertadas; por consiguiente se recomienda continuar aplicando la Contabilidad por el Sistema de Inventario Permanente. |
| Descripción : | This thesis research entitled: IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS ACCOUNTING "KCENTRO" CANTON PIÑAS, between November - December 2015, was carried out in order to meet the demand of information by the various competent bodies and the existing economic changes in the competitive environment; to provide new means of control and financial accounting concepts such guidance towards obtaining financial statements, based on current accounting rules; and because this academic application is a requirement to qualify for the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, CPA at the National University of Loja. The objectives in the company, satisfactorily reached, the application of accounting for the perpetual inventory system allowed to know the stock of merchandise and obtain reasonable financial statements; also by organizing documentation and the Plan was structured Accounting Manual; It was able to develop the accounting process to finally make accounting entries to generate timely and efficient financial statements. After the execution of fieldwork in the company it concludes with the implementation of an accounting system for KCENTRO, Canton Pineapples, whose results were reflected in the preparation of financial statements that will allow its owner to make sound decisions; therefore it is recommended to continue applying the accounting by the perpetual inventory system. |
