| Resumen : | Mediante la investigación realizada a la Distribuidora “Vega Hnos”, se conoció que la entidad no tenía un Sistema Contable adecuado para el manejo contable. Es por ello que en el presente trabajo se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en el proceso de formación, ya que como estudiante de la Carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría es responsabilidad realizar el trabajo de Tesis, mismo que se orienta a la “IMPLANTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE EN LA DISTRIBUIDORA VEGA HERMANOS DE LA CIUDAD DE MACHALA PROVINCIA DE EL ORO PERIODO MARZO-ABRIL DEL 2014” y con ello cumplir con un requisito previo a la obtención del grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos se realizó la recopilación y constatación de documentos fuente, seguidamente se elaboró el plan y manual de cuentas, el inventario de mercaderías, se organizó la documentación fuente de acuerdo a las fechas de adquisición y venta de mercadería existente para proceder a realizar el ciclo contable, que consistió en registrar los movimientos económicos en el diario general seguidamente mayorizarlos y comprobarlos en el balance que facilitó elaborar Estados financieros como: Estado de situación financiera, Estado de Resultados y Estado de Flujo de Efectivo para que se tomen decisiones oportunas. Al finalizar la investigación se concluye que de acuerdo a los estados financieros presentados en la Distribuidora tiene utilidad, por lo que se recomienda que la misma sea invertida para incrementar el negocio y de esta manera se pueda conseguir mayor utilidad. |
| Descripción : | Research conducted by the Distributor "Vega Brothers", it was learned that the company did not have a proper accounting system for management accountability. That is why in this work was put into practice the knowledge acquired in the training process, because as a student of the School of Accounting and Auditing is responsible for performing the thesis work, which orients itself to the "SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ACCOUNTING IN THE DISTRIBUTOR VEGA BROTHERS OF THE CITY OF GOLD PROVINCE MACHALA PERIOD MARCH-APRIL 2014 "and thus meet prior to obtaining the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing requirement. To fulfill the objectives the collection and verification of source documents was performed, then the plan and manual was developed accounts, inventory of goods, the source documentation according to the dates of acquisition and disposal of existing goods to proceed organized to perform the accounting cycle, which consisted of recording economic movements in the general journal and then mayorizarlos check them develop balance facilitated financial statements as Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement for the taking decisions timely. After the investigation is concluded that according to the financial statements presented in Distribuidora useful, so it is recommended that it be invested to increase business and thus can get more useful. |
