| Resumen : | El presente trabajo titulado “LA FAMILIA Y EL ABANDONO DE LOS NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DEL CENTRO DE ACOGIMIENTO INSTITUCIONAL PADRE JULIO VILLARROEL DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA Y EL ROL DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL, EN EL PERIODO DE SEPTIEMBRE 2012 A ENERO 2013”. Realizado en el centro de acogimiento institucional Padre Julio Villarroel Ocaña, de la ciudad de Loja, cuyo objetivo general es determinar cómo influye la familia en el abandono de los niños, niñas y adolescentes del centro de acogimiento institucional Padre Julio Villarroel de la ciudad de Loja, y el rol del Trabajador Social y para posibilitar su cumplimiento se ha apoyado en los siguientes objetivos específicos: Levantar un diagnóstico a través de una línea de base socio-económica de los niños, niñas y adolescentes en el Centro de Acogimiento Institucional Padre Julio Villarroel Ocaña. Conocer las causas y consecuencias del abandono de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes que se encuentra en el Centro de Acogimiento Institucional Padre Julio Villarroel Ocaña. Elaborar una propuesta de intervención del Trabajador Social. La presente investigación arroja resultados que señalan el desinterés existente en los padres y familiares de los niños/as y adolescentes para que se dé la reinserción de los hijos a sus hogares; pues el olvido al que han sido expuestos los niños/as y adolescentes se refleja en la ausencia a las visitas establecidas para fortalecer el vínculo afectivo, en otros de los casos existen visitas superfluas, sin ningún afán de ganar el amor y el cariño de los hijos; y además el que hayan trascurrido más de seis, en la institución sin que los padres hayan mostrado actitudes positivas hacia los niños/as y adolescentes, pese a la participación activa de los profesionales del centro, que desde su accionar profesional buscan alternativas de acercamiento y realizan infinidad de gestiones que permita cambiar la realidad y de esta forma se reinserten con la familia biológica o ampliada. Para los niños/as y adolescentes es prioritario contar con la atención de sus padres, esto les da seguridad fortalece su personalidad y los proyecta a ser personas útiles a la sociedad; en la presente investigación se ratifica que los padres priorizan su estilo de vida desordenado y hasta justifican el abandono al que son expuestos sus hijos por los escasos recursos económicos que perciben, porque prefieren a sus parejas y no desean llevarle la contraria , o porque sencillamente creen que su hijo puede estar mejor con otra familia; incluso el Estado ha implementado la existencia de programas de atención integral a la niñez y adolescencia que posibilita el trabajo con la familia para en determinado tiempo integrar a su hijo/a al hogar, así mismo disminuir los efectos de la sobrecarga emocional que perciben los hijos del ambiente negativo en el cual nacieron y les tocó vivir; el equipo técnico direcciona su trabaja a reestructurar en algunos de los casos y en otros a cambiar y lograr una nueva familia que les brinde el cariño, apoyo emocional y económico; pero en este intento el esfuerzo se ha reducido simplemente continuar con un trámite legal establecido en Código de la Niñez y la Adolescencia que es la adopción que los alejara del dolor de haber sido rechazados por sus familias de origen y brindándoles una nueva oportunidad de tener una familia definitiva y permanente, La participación de la Trabajadora Social para evitar el abandono de los niños/as y adolescentes que se encuentran en el centro a canalizando todo su apoyo y gestiona en posibilitar la reinserción a sus hogares, existen casos en los cuales los hijos no han podido permanecer por mucho tiempo con sus padres esto debido a que los adultos no asumen el rol protagónico reviviendo los episodios de desprecio, descuido, explotación y abandono hacia sus hijos obstaculizando de esta manera el proceso legal de reinserción. |

For children / adolescents as a priority and have the attention of their parents, this gives them security and strengthens its personality projected to be useful to society people , in the present research confirms that parents prioritize their messy life style and to justify the abandonment to which their children are exposed by the low income they receive, because they prefer their partners and do not want to contradict , or simply because they think their child may be better off with another family , even the State has implemented the existence of comprehensive care programs for children and teens that allows working with the family to integrate certain time in your son / daughter at home , also decrease the effects of emotional overload that children perceive the negative environment born and where they lived , the technical team directs its work to restructure in some cases and in others to change and achieve a new family that will give them the love, emotional and financial support , but the effort in this endeavor has been reduced simply continue a legal procedure established in the Code on Children and Adolescents, which is taking away the pain of being rejected by their families of origin and providing a new opportunity for a definitive and permanent family, The involvement of the social worker to prevent child neglect / and adolescents who are at the center channeled all their support and managed to enable reintegration to their homes, there are cases in which the children could not remain much time with their parents this because adults do not assume the leading role reliving episodes of contempt, neglect, exploitation and neglect towards their children thus hindering the legal process of reintegration. |
