| Resumen : | La realización del presente trabajo se justifica porque se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en el proceso de formación, ya que como estudiante de la Carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría es responsabilidad realizar el trabajo de Tesis, mismo que se orienta a la “IMPLANTACION DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN EL ALMACEN NEGRILLANTA DEL CANTÓN MACARÁ, PERIODO: ABRIL – JUNIO 2013” y con ello cumplir con un requisito previo a la obtención del grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos se realizó la recopilación y constatación de documentos fuente, seguidamente se elaboró el plan y manual de cuentas, el inventario de mercaderías, se organizó la documentación fuente de acuerdo a las fechas de adquisición y venta de mercadería existente para proceder a realizar el ciclo contable, que consistió en registrar los movimientos económicos en el diario general seguidamente mayorizarlos y comprobarlos en el balance que facilitó elaborar Estados financieros como: Estado de situación financiera, Estado de Resultados y Estado de Flujo de Efectivo para que se tomen decisiones oportunas. Al finalizar la investigación se concluye que de acuerdo a los estados financieros presentados el almacén Negrillanta tiene utilidad en su actividad económica por lo que se recomienda que la misma sea invertida para incrementar el negocio y de esta manera se pueda conseguir mayor utilidad. |
| Descripción : | The realization of the present work is justified because he/she applied the knowledge acquired in the formation process, since as student of the Career of Accounting and Audit is responsibility to carry out the work of Thesis that is guided to the implementation of the countable System in the "WAREHOUSE NEGRILLANTA" of the Canton he/she will Rot and with it to fulfill a prerequisite to the obtaining to the grade of Ingeniera in Accounting and Audit. In execution of the objectives countable registrations were designed that allowed to register the commercial transactions and to organize the documentation source according to the dates of acquisition and sales, subsequently he/she was carried out the plan and manual of bills that it facilitated to structure the initial inventory with which one could meet the existences that he/she had the warehouse to proceed to carry out the countable cycle that consisted on to register the economic movements then in the general newspaper mayorizarlos and to check them in the balance that facilitated to elaborate financial States as: Financial, economic situation state and flow of effective so that they take opportune decisions. When concluding the investigation you concludes that according to the financial presented states the warehouse has utility in its economic activity for what is recommended that it is invested to improve the business and you can get bigger utility. |
